We loved our holiday at Cers

We loved the house with a great swimming pool. We were with 6 adults and 4 children. Because there is also a kitchen outside it was really nice to spent the whole day outside.

We had a lovely couple of weeks in Cers at this villa…What we liked:We loved, loved, loved the outside space at the villa. The “summer” kitchen and pergola are so special and work so well with the pool, day and night. We spent 90% of our time out there. The garden is also wonderful. Mature trees and the beautifully manicured lawn frame the villa very perfectly. Also property manager Jason was great. Any issues we had he took care of within hours.Cers is also a lovely little village and there are plenty of supermarkets close by.What we didn’t like:The villa is on the flight path of Beziers Cap D’Agde airport, about 2 or 3 kilometres away. While there are only five or six Ryanair flights a day, there is always a buzz of a propellor plane buzzing overhead which was a little annoying after a while. There is also a busy train line a few hundred yards away. The property is also right beside a cemetery which some people might find a bit weird.Also the owner complained that the cleaners claimed that we had left the villa in a “dirty state” with no bins emptied and dishwashers left unemptied. I emailed the owner that this was in fact not the case and that I had personally emptied the bins and set the dishwashers running. I suppose this reflects more on the cleaning company than on the owner or property manager. Overall we really enjoyed our time here. Would recommend.

L'extérieur est incroyable...la piscine lagon est topissime...nous avons passé une semaine dans la canicule et heureux d'avoir trouvé ce coin de paradis !

Très jolie villa avec un jardin super agréable. Equipements très bons. Seul micro bémol, à 10 adultes, une des chambres au rez ne convient pas car lits superposés et très petite.

Tolles Haus mit traumhaften Grundstück

Tolles, perfekt eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschönem Grundstück und Pool. Das erste Ferienhaus bei dem die Realität schöner war als auf den Fotos in der Beschreibung! Wir haben im August, bei bestem Wetter zwei tolle Wochen hier verbracht. Mit Kindern und Hund. Der Weg zum Strand und überhaupt Wege mit dem Auto waren leider etwas nervig, weil es sich fast immer auf den Straßen gestaut hat.

Maison de rêve

Nous avons passés des vacances juste incroyables! L’extérieur de la maison est un rêve, l’intérieur est très bien conçu pour accueillir deux familles. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés :-)
