The place was a perfect fit for my family of 10, which included ages 8 to 80. The apartment was clean, matched the photos, and the location was lovely. The place was close to a couple of grocery stores, many different bistros, a boulangerie with the most amazing croissants, and a variety of public transportation options. We had also specifically booked it due to the availability of air conditioning. The a/c worked beautifully and individual controls in each room let us each set the temperature we liked.
Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We had one problem with internet not working in all the rooms, but he was very responsive and was working on getting it fixed.
A couple of heads up for anyone staying there. The apartment is on the 1st floor (i.e., 2nd floor for North Americans). Stairs were easy to navigate and we had no problems, but there is no elevator. Also, the kitchen pots/pans/etc were enough for breakfast and straight forward dinners, but we had to get creative when trying to feed all 10 at the same time.
All that being said, any drawbacks to the property were minor and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
