Overlooking the Waterfront!

This is a classy key-west style waterfront condo with spectacular views over one of the largest marinas on Florida's Gulf Coast. It is fully furnished with linens, kitchen goods, washer and dryer. The Cass Cay restaurant and tiki bar is just steps away and overlooks the Burnt Store Marina south basin. The building has elevator access, a heated swimming pool and is next next door to Safe Harbor boat launch and rental facilities. The basis provides direct access to Charlotte Harbor and beyond out to the Gulf of Mexico through Boca Pass - home of the best Tarpon fishing in Florida. Within the gates is a 27- hole golf course. You can bring your boat for dry storage right next door, have it fueled and launched daily by a travel lift. Or, you can spend the day with a licensed captain on a private fishing boat, arrange for sailing in Charlotte Harbor or rent Kayaks through the Marina's Ships Store right on the property. There are water-taxi tours to see Manatee and Dolphins, or visit the Boca Grande barrier island and beach. The taxi departs right at the Marina by the condo. Nestled between Southwest Florida's popular spots - the historic town of Punta Gorda and Ft. Myers/Cape Coral, the unit has two coaxial cable tv's, wi-fi for internet and a beautiful enclosed lanai to have morning coffee, watch evening sunsets and see the boats maneuvering around the bay. It rents by the week or month. Condo association rules do not permit pets or smoking on the premises. The condo is disinfected between guest stays. I enjoyed staying at the condo. It's nice that there is a deli/market that you can walk to, a pool, and a nicer restaurant where you can watch the boats in the marina.

Wonderful stay at Burnt Store

We recently stayed at Keel Club condo and had a very pleasant stay.The condos location was perfect, we could walk over to Cass Cay for food and entertainment.Watch the boats at the marina and listen to music from your lanai .Our host was the best and communication was timely,we were so happy we booked next year!

Spur of the moment rental

Our boat needed to be hauled for work...we needed someplace to stay...quickly...Thankfully, this unit was located in our Marina and was available...The Owner was very accommodating...and a pleasure to work with. We had originally rented for a week, but,needed to add more days.. The unit was very clean & comfortable..and had a view of the most amazing sunsets and the Marina... I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a place to stay in Burnt Store Marina, Punta Gorda or Cape Coral area.

Nice Community between Ft Myers and Punta Gorda

We were very pleased with Dave and his willingness to assist to make our trip the best. This one bedroom, one bath with pullout was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The views of the marina were the best. We would awake to the sun glistening off all the masts of the sail boats… very cool. We ate at Cass Cay and the golf course and food and service were great and fairly priced. We golfed at CC which was a very well manicured executive course With very friendly employees. Must do Thursday Nights at golf course for Food Trucks and Music. Buckets of beer for 20… great value. Only slight bummer was no pickleball real close-by and could not play at Burnt Store Marina but found some county parks with great people and competition that we felt very comfortable with. Would highly recommend this unit and Dave!

This condo is in a safe gated-community and is fully equipped with a great view across the waterfront. The Cass Cay restaurant and tiki bar next door is a fun outdoor place to eat, meet friendly locals, enjoy the safety of outdoor live music with the comfort of easy social distancing, as well as colorful sightseeing. There is dolphin & Manatee Watching, Inshore Fishing, Offshore Fishing, Boating on site, and Tarpon season is hot in April-July. This is the best place to fish, sunbathe, relax and explore the Southwest Florida white sandy beaches!!!!

Being in a safe gated community and on the water front by the docks with the excitement of fishing and boating, casual outdoor dining and entertainment, just steps away. Bring your boat...the marine landing is right there. The heated pool is delightful and very well kept. All it needs is YOU!!!
