2-bedroom 2 bath waterfront home. New Air Condition installed 2021. Fish off your private dock. We supply fishing poles and a bait bucket. We have caught sheep head, snapper, snook and even little tarpon ‘s right off the dock. The bait store is a 3-minute drive. 15-minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor. 45-minute boat ride to Boca Grand Pass. 10-minute drive to Airport. 10-minute drive to shops and dining. Farmers market every weekend. Plenty to keep you busy or just stay home and enjoy the quite neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked for those let’s just stay home days or there is a restaurant in the neighborhood with a tiki hut on the water & Music on the weekends. New floors and living room furniture May 2022.

Owner lives down street, good guy, house nice and clean, well decorated and comfortable. Right on water with easy access to barrier islands by boat. Nice dock with lift. Suits us perfectly.

Wonderful March stay

Spent all of March 2025. VRBO pics and description were spot on. In addition, there were many extras; fishing equipment, beach chairs, TV's iun all rooms and lots of towels, dishes and cooking utensils. It is located on a dead-end street so traffic is negligible

Everything was so perfect, we loved it.

Perfect stay in every way

We were flood victims of two hurricanes that hit Florida within 2 weeks of another. We were bouncing from hotel to hotel for over a month until we were allowed back in our area. Bonus, this was only a short drive to our home where we were starting the repair process while also gutting our neighbors houses. This host graciously accepted our request to stay at the property. As someone that worked in the vacation rental business, this place was top notch. Their amenities, they had it all. The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. We were able to finally eat a home cooked meal after a month of take out and it gave us a sense of normalcy. Owner was responsive when we messaged her. Friendly neighbors I got to chat with a bit while we were there. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Great location

Everything was better than expected. Caught snook off the dock, had everything we needed in the kitchen and slept well. It was nice to have shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. Can’t wait to visit again.
