This stunning two bedroom skyhome has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, and to the west for a perfect sunset every evening. Take it all in from either room through floor to ceiling windows, or sit out with your morning coffee on the private balcony. Featuring a King bed in the Master, Two Twin beds and sleeper sofa in the living area, this unit has the capacity to sleep 6 guests quite comfortably. The balcony of this skyhome does offer an electric grill for personal use. With the heated pool and spa at the base of the tower, and the beach a mere 100 yards away you cannot go wrong!

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.

Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
