Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This villa has plenty of space to move around. Walk into the first floor, where you have the kitchen, dining room, and living room leading out to a small patio. The living room has a small desk space, perfect for any last-minute work that needs to get done. The second floor has the bedrooms. The first bedroom has one king bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

A nice large pool (heated Mar & Apr - Oct & Nov) with fenced in courtyard area. The pool area offers a sundeck equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, where you will find it to be the perfect place to spend some time in the sun. A boardwalk with an outdoor shower offers easy access to one of the nicest, cleanest beaches Hilton Head has to offer. Standard appliances include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC, refrigerator with ice maker, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, drinking glasses, and all utensils. High-speed internet is available!

Great place!

Great Location!

We stayed 2 nights at Hilton Head. The location is great, you walk directly to the beach! The amenities are nice, the owners communication is prompt and the use of the beach cruiser bikes made our trip! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Beach Escape

Very nice place in excellent location. Biking, beach, shops, etc. all extremely convenient. Perfect long weekend experience. Will certainly plan on a return visit.

Annual Hilton Head Stay

Beautiful place and great location to Cologny Plaza. It is about a .3 mile walk. Beach access is a simple walkout the back door, my pool and them cross parking lot (small) and you are there!

Attractive updated town home near the beach

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It has updated bathrooms and kitchen and comfortable seating areas in the living room and on the patio. The wifi, however, did not work during our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, updated and spacious. It was in a great location close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. This was our first visit to Hilton Head we loved it and can’t wait to return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was very good and minutes from the beach. Our booking was for 3 weeks but unfortunately somehow we were locked out after 2. Problem was solved quickly but annoying at the time.

Great Condo

We loved our stay at this Hilton Head condo. It was spotless, welll stocked, and a one or two minute walk to the beach. The property was lush and tropical. It was convenient to Coligny Plaza with restaurants and shopping.The property manager checked on us a couple of times by phone to see if we needed anything which was appreciated. We had no complaints The couch has a pull out sofa with linens for it. We didn’t need it and it wasn’t in the description of the condo but it may be useful for others who are looking at it for their vacation. We plan on booking this condo next year!

Great unit and location!

This condo was clean, recently renovated, and had great amenities. It’s located close to Coligny but far enough that the beach was quiet. The complex itself was quiet and the assigned parking makes unloading your car a breeze. They stock the condo with plenty of beach chairs and toys as well as board games and books. We had a great time discovering that none of us were smarter than a 5th grader! We came for a girls weekend but definitely think it would be great for a family too. The only downside is that the mattresses in the second bedroom were very hard, however we are already discussing bringing our whole family to this condo in the future because it really is a great unit.

Great property and owners. Steps to beach!

We were very impressed with this place and the owners were great to work with! The unit is located in a smaller condo community just a short walk or bike ride away from Coligny Plaza. Close enough to get to restaurants and shops very easily, but just enough distance down the beach that you don’t have big, Coligny crowds on this section of beach. The complex is on the beach, you don’t have to cross a road to be at the sea. You really are just steps away from the beach. We were scheduled to arrive just after Hurricane Irma. Anthony and Jenifer were very responsive to questions we had about the condition of the unit. It was undamaged. He found out from his cleaning service the unit was undamaged, we imagine we found out about 30 seconds later when Anthony called us. Also, we were meeting another couple at the unit and we arrived early with little in the way of options. Anthony was able to accommodate us and we are so grateful. The unit itself seems to have been recently upgraded. Nice and well equipped kitchen, nice counter-tops, dining area, floors, washer/dryer, etc. Two good sized bed rooms upstairs with two bathrooms. Good living area downstairs with couch/love seat/TV. Out the back door a small patio with electric grill. Past the patio the pool area, a few more steps and you are through the beach access to the beach! We love HHI, vacation there often and have stayed in several properties. This property ranks among the very best! We certainly hope to stay at this place, again! If you and another couple, or you and your family with a couple of kiddos are looking for a great place to stay on Hilton Head, this is a great place! Eric and Kathy

Great location to the pool and beach. Pretty grounds. When we first got there and the next 2 days the gate to enter the property was open, when we returned from dinner on the third night the gate was closed. The issue was we didn’t have the code to get in. A call to Island time got us the code. This code should be given at check in. Other guest had the same problem. Still was a great stay

Exactly as Described!

It was exactly as expected. Everything was easy from accessibility to location and pool/beach (they are steps away) to delivery of bikes and rental gear. Comfortable, cozy, clean! Just wonderful! We’ll be back! Suggestion to renters - bring cooking spices and of course your regular condo rental supplies.

Always lovely Ocean Club

Ocean Club is by far our favorite place to take the family, the patios to the pool and directly out to the private beach path are perfection! & soooo easy for a family w young kids! You can go back and forth from beach to home with ease. The property manager was so kind and played "Johnny on the spot" when we needed him. We hope to return in October!

We had a wonderful time at this beach side property. The condo was comfortable and clean. Steps away from the pool. It also has a private beach access point. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Hilton Head Stay

We enjoyed our visit to the property and community it was in. The only things that prevented a 5-star rating was that the two double beds in the second bathroom were "lumpy.", there were no small plates (bread and butter size), and the carpet is dated. We found the toaster non-working but it was promptly replaced after a call to the property manager. A surprise was the added fee to the listed VRBO price for the property management company, which did include a credit amount which could be applied towards rental of beach chairs, bikes, etc., which were not included with the property. A small gas barbecue would be nice. To check in, we had stop at the property manager's office to get instructions, codes, and parking cards, but this was easy. All in all, we had a good time and would stay again. Proximity to the great beach and pool excellent.
