600 m from the SOUTH beach, come and discover this charming house of 100 m² for sleeping 8 people.
This large house with a rustic style consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a 140/190 bed, a bedroom with two 90/190 beds and a 140/190, a bathroom and a separate WC. .
The garden is shaded and closed, ideal for enjoying your evenings with family or friends.
Between BORDEAUX and SPAIN, come and relax in MIMIZAN where many activities await you (surfing, hiking, horse riding, golf, mountain biking, beach and relaxation) !!!!!!!!
BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.
(Please take the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towel, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (from €0.83 to €4.40 depending on the hotel's classification/night/person) and the security deposit (between €500 and €1000).
