Mickey’s Magical Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

With features like WIFI throughout the entire house, state of the art Plasma and LCD TV's, Desktop PC, IPOD Dock, Little One's Play Area, Gameroom, Private Pool and Spa, we have outdoor cameras for your protection. Professionally Designed rooms, your entire family will feel at home and have their most memorable vacation ever!

Your vacation villa has four bedrooms all with in suite bathrooms and is equipped with all the comforts of home but comes with the convenience of being situated less than two miles from Disney World.

Mickey’s Magical Villa is a fully furnished luxury family vacation home located in Windsor Hills Resort, which is approximately 2 miles from Disney World and minutes from all the other Orlando Area Attractions. Your villa is in the Windsor Hills Reserve section, which is the newest phase at Windsor Hills Resort. This phase comes with all the upgrades.

Why pay pricey hotel or resort rates when you can have over 1800 square feet of comfortable living space along with an additional 400 square feet in your private outdoor pool and lanai area. You can have all of this at a fraction of the cost it would run to stay at a place like this at Disney.

Disney Vacation

Everything was great! Everything with booking, finding the house, checking in, ect. went really smooth. House was just as expected, my 3 year old loved the princess room and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great place, great family vacation!

Just returned from a 7-day stay on this villa. This was our 2nd stay in this villa. Three adults and two children. The villa was gorgeous, clean, safe, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We found the villa well stocked with all the essentials needed to enjoy our stay. Great vacation!

Great villa, very close to Disney

This was our second stay at Mickeys Magical Villa. The villa is great with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and all the amenities of home. The pool was a treat after long days. The location is perfect for getting to/from all the Disney attractions. We'll definitely be back.

Great family friendly home super close to Disney parks

This property was absolutely perfect! Very kid friendly, supplying more than the essentials for both of my girls. My daughter absolutely loved the princess themed room and bathroom, she wanted to take it all home with her 😊. The private pool was lovely and it was such a great location! Close to all of the parks and Disney springs. I would highly recommend this place to any family.

Short 4th of July Vac

Beautiful villa!!! Excellent quality for amount spent. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room!! Would definitely recommend this property to my friends...Wish I could have stayed longer!!!

Great home

Stayed 2 weeks at this home and was as advertised. Unfortunately had too much planned on the trip so only really used it as a landing pad, but when we were there the kids loved the garage activities and the pool. Stayed multiple times at Windsor hills and there’s a lot to do there we keep coming back. Bob was the most engaged host we have had before and contact with him was easy and helpful. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was so clean and very well maintained. The open design was really wonderful and conducive to family time. Private pool and hot tub was very nice after a day at the parks! The home is in a well-maintained safe gated community. Very close to all of the Disney attractions! The host was a pleasure to deal with. He made himself extremely available. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and welcoming

It was really easy to get in and out of the commun I y. The property is very kid friendly. Our two girls loved the princess room and the play room. Instructions for everything were simple. We didnt have time to enjoy all of the property's features, but we did have everything we needed.

Great stay

We had a great time staying here! Pictures are accurate. Pool was usable and warm while we were visiting in January which was very nice! Our little kids loved all the toys in the garage and the Mickey and princess rooms! Was a quick trip to the parks and Disney springs. The playground in the neighborhood was a daily activity as well. We had a wonderful stay while we visited Disney world!

Excellent home for families!

We had an excellent experience at this vacation home! We selected to have pool heat and it was very comfortable swimming in December! Local restaurants, Walmart, and close drive the parks. The rooms were character decorated that the kids enjoyed! Bob was quick to respond and was able to provide local information to us! Will be back!

Second time back!

We have just returned from our second trip staying at Mickey's Magical Villa. The first time we stayed for just a week and enjoyed ourselves so much we returned for two weeks! The villa is clean and well maintained, the pool and games room had the children entertained for hours. Bob and Terri have also been very helpful. It will soon be time to start planning our third trip..!

Excellent holiday home

We are a family of 4 (kids aged 6 and 7) and we all loved staying in this villa. It was exactly as shown in the photos, maintained to a high standard, and the games room was a very welcome bonus. Bob is a very helpful and responsive host, and when we encountered a couple of issues (which we do understand can occur from time to time with holiday rentals), both he and the property management company were in touch almost immediately to ensure things were resolved asap. We have stayed in villas in other locations around Orlando and Windsor Hills is by far the best for ease of access to the parks etc. We would not hesitate to stay in this lovely home again.

Family Vacation Ventures

Magical vacation at a beautiful Villa. Could not ask for better accommodations. Absolutely wonderful. The villa was beautifully furnished and well maintained. The pictures on the website were factual. Having our own pool was the ultimate. Bob has a very pleasant personality and responded to my many questions before our trip. Definitely a Magical Vacation

Wow! What a relaxing and exciting time we had at your villa! Our family of 4 merged with another family of 4 with children ranging from 19 months to 17 years and and we were all super pleased with the accommodations. Not to mention the close proximity to EVERYTHING! A stay like we had makes leaving even that much harder:( We would definitely stay at your villa again should we decide to make another family trip to Disney. Great Stay

My family including husband, 2 boys, mother and mother-in-law had a great stay this summer! The boys had a heard time leaving the pool each day! The accommodations were clean and thoughtfully appointed. We found everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. We truly felt as if we were in a home away from home and did not want to leave!!! Make sure doors are promptly closed (front door, patio door) as this is Florida and little Floridan critters can sneak in.

Perfect in every way!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Mickey's Magical Villa, and we are so sad to be home. We are very particular about accommodations, and this home delighted us in every way. It was clean and comfortable, the layout was perfect for a family (my husband and me, two children and grandma) so that everyone had their own space and bathrooms, everything was clean and neat, and the pool and hot tub were relaxing during the afternoon after a hot morning at the parks. This was our first family trip to Disney, and initially I worried that we might be better off onsite, but we now know that this is the only way to go. It's really nice to get away (a close drive) and have your own space and peace separate from the parks and park resorts. Additionally, we loved the clubhouse and playgrounds, which we were able to use a couple of times during our stay. The splash pad was great for our two young children, and the pool with beach entry was also ideal. We can't wait to return!!

Amazing family home

We spent a lovely 7 days at the home over Christmas. We have stayed in MANY rentals over the years, and this home was one of our favorites. So many extras within the home are included such as many kitchen utensils that normally don’t come with rentals books, toys, and games for the kids and pack, and plays even strollers. My personal favorite was all of the fans in each room and also there were fans you could plug in. I can’t tell you over the years how many fans I’ve had to buy while on vacation because they were not included! The community of Windsor Hills is amazing with many things to do at the clubhouse. We took a walk every day with our kids to the parks, and even found a sand volleyball court, basketball court and putting green in the neighborhood. Thank you so much Bob and Terri for a wonderful vacation!

Home Away From Home

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Mickey's Magical Villa. Bob could not have been more helpful or easier to work with. We were impressed with the property from the moment we arrived. Everything is just as pictured. The house is comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well maintained. As a family with food allergies, we really appreciated having a full kitchen at our disposal. We even opted to pack picnic lunches several days of the week saving us tons of money and time at the theme parks. The home was a welcome retreat after long days touring Disney, etc. and the pool was the perfect spot to splash and relax on our "down" days. My kids enjoyed the house pool so much we never even made it to the larger Windsor Hills Resort pool, though my husband and I both appreciated the fitness center. We had more than enough room for our family (3 adults and 3 kids). Such a great home! Thanks, Bob and Terri, for sharing it with us.

We found this wonderful vacation home exactly as described, very clean and tidy. The furniture and equipment was exactly like shown on the photos and we felt right at home. All previous reviews were on the spot and I can approve every previous 5 star rating this home has gotten. It is well deserved!!! All you read about Bob is more than true. He is the perfect owner and took great care. In addition: Natalie was the perfect manager! Even the little questions previous to our trip and right when we arrived were always answered quickly an for our 100% satisfaction. Thanks again!!!! This place is highly recommended!!!!

Family Get Away
