Stunning spacious beach house steps away from the ocean and very easily walkable to all of the Huntington Beach sights (details below). The open layout is perfect for families or group vacations. FAST WiFi and EV charging is available with 50 amp NEMA 14-50 and 20 amp 110 outlets. Home comes with body boards, bikes, and beach chairs.

Two story 2100 sqft standalone house with front yard with firepit seating, backyard with professional barbecue, and rooftop seating. Smart home with Alexa, smart lights, and blazing fast 500mbps wifi delivered via 3 access points. 3 TVs with Apple TVs to access Netflix, Prime Video, etc. One reserved parking spot is available behind the garage and two street parking passes that allow for free parking on the street.

My guests have the privacy that they all expect and enjoy while on vacation. Guests will receive a code for self checkin on the day of arrival. I am available anytime that you need me via text, email or phone call. Security cameras are located on the outside of the home. This house does not have any of the owner's personal property, clothes, food, etc. The space is intended for the sole use of the guest.

Perfect vacation spot in Surf City

We truly enjoyed our stay in Huntington Beach and couldn't have been happier. The property is spacious, clean and perfectly located just a few steps from the beach. Shopping, dining...it's all just a couple of blocks away. We had access to bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. Soooo convenient! Thank you Scott!

Great Location however…

This was a great location for a rental in HB, it was very close to Main St and Pacific City (restaurants, shops etc.). The house had majority of the items we needed coming in from out of town including boogie boards, 2 bikes, and main necessities like paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels etc. Pros: Close proximity to Main St shops and restaurants Close proximity to the beach Bikes / Boogie boards / chairs Main essentials Cleanliness Access via TV to Netflix, Prime Video and Disney Plus Cons: There were a few rooms we needed to clean up after previous guests downstairs bath and an overwhelming amount of sand Daily sweep to get rid of any sand entering house we found more and more things under refrigerator and dishwasher and couches from previous guests There are 4 security cameras that are not disclosed in the listing. May I suggest to the owner to properly disclose these and what they are being used for: Surveillance devices such as security cameras and smart doorbells are allowed if they follow these rules: * Surveillance devices should only be used for security purposes. * Location and coverage of devices must be disclosed on the property description page. It's not enough to include a photo of the device. * Areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy should not be under surveillance. * Reasonable measures should be taken to limit access to surveillance data. * Surveillance data should be deleted when no longer needed. We were repeatedly communicated with by the owner via something he saw via the cameras. Ex we had unexpected friends visiting (which I offered to pay additional for). Someone going up the back stairs, people out front. I saw the camera turn on repeatedly upon returning to the home. The owner contacted us regarding curfew on holidays which we were told was not until 11pm. He showed up at the property and entered the property unannounced: A host cannot and should not enter a VRBO space without guest permission except in case of an emergency. It was as 10:30 on a holiday and he entered the property without permission to tell us we were going past curfew and we needed to be inside. Through out my vacation I felt uncomfortable like big brother was watching, and that my personal privacy was being violated by the owner in spaces I would expect privacy. It is a great location and a great rental as long as you are ok with someone watching your every entrance and exit.

Although the guest registered a family of 4, she had an entire additional family stay for the visit. When discovered, she promised they would only visit during the day, she lied as they stayed over for the entire week. Although she agreed to the outside curfew, when asked to adhere to it, she became hysterical and cried (literally) that she should do as she please regardless of her agreement and that I had no rights as an owner. If I have to come over and politely ask guests to bring their noise inside after hours, it’s because she would not respond to my texts, not because I want to. I calmly entered the front yard and was invited inside but stood in the doorway. The outside cameras are disclosed and allow only an outside view of unauthorized activity on the property. The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, all floors are swept and mopped after every guest, any sand on the floors was brought in by the guests. I have had over 100 guests always receiving a 5 star review and never had a guest lie so blatantly and behave so erratically. I rarely say this, but this guest would not be allowed back.
