Perched directly across from the Pacific in the heart of Surf City USA, this three-story coastal home puts you steps from the sand, the iconic Huntington Beach Pier, and the buzzing energy of Main Street. Ocean views greet you from multiple levels of the home, and with three private ensuite baths, there`s never a wait - everyone has their own space to unwind after a sun-soaked day.

Living spaces
The main living area flows easily between the kitchen and dining space, while a second living room on the third level offers ocean views and a quieter spot to decompress. Two patios and a third-level deck extend your living space outdoors - ideal for morning coffee with a sea breeze or evening drinks as the sun sets over the water. Please note the home has three sets of steep wooden stairs without gates; guests with toddlers or elderly family members should exercise caution.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a king bed, a 60` Smart TV, a closet, an ensuite bath, and partial ocean views. A half-moon window fills the room with natural morning light - note that this window is uncovered, so light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a 50` Smart TV, a dedicated work desk, and its own ensuite bath - a comfortable setup for remote work. The third bedroom has two queen beds, a 50` Smart TV, and a private ensuite bath, making it well-suited for families or groups needing extra sleeping space.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and all the cookware, dishware, utensils, and spice essentials you need for home-cooked meals. A dining table completes the space for shared meals together.

Bathrooms
Each of the three bedrooms has its own private ensuite bath - a rare and highly practical feature for groups and families. Please note the primary bedroom bath jets are unavailable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in each bathroom.

Laundry & essentials
A private laundry room with a washer is available for guest use. Please use the quick wash or gentle cycle on permanent press only. Starter supplies are stocked, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Bath and beach towels, an iron, and an ironing board are also provided.

Beach & outdoor
Beach essentials are provided - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight to the sand. An outdoor dining area is available for al fresco meals.

Parking
Two private parking spaces are included: one in the garage for a medium-sized vehicle, and one tandem spot in front of the garage for a large vehicle. The entrance is via the alley behind the home, and the garage must be opened from the inside.

Location
You`re less than a five-minute walk from Main Street and the Huntington Beach Pier, with dining, coffee shops, boutiques, and nightlife all within easy reach. Direct beach access is available nearby.

This is a quiet neighborhood home - strict no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, or occupancy violations
One security camera faces the driveway and front entrance; additional cameras are located over each first-level patio (not turned on, not operable)
Gardeners visit on the first and second Tuesday of each month
Package delivery is not permitted; the operator is not responsible for lost or stolen items

No Pets
Please respect our desire to maintain house and furniture by visiting without the presence of
pets anywhere on the property.

Quiet Hours
This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours on the whole property: Sunday-Thursday 9 pm- 8 am, Friday & Saturday 10 pm-8 am

Report Any Damages/Stains
Please report any damages ASAP. Address small stains immediately. Cleaning supplies provided under the kitchen sink & in the laundry. Refrain from eating on furniture.

No lit candles in the house.

There is 3 sets of steep wood stairs without gates, if you have toddlers, please pay close attention as this can be dangerous and maybe not an ideal property for you.

Occupancy:
• The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 overnight guests.
• No more than 6 guests are allowed on site at any one time (This includes day guests)
Important Home Notes:
• No Air Conditioning.
• The home has three sets of steep wooden stairs and is not ideal for toddlers or anyone with mobility concerns, as there are no stair gates.
• Primary bathtub jets do not work.
• This is a thoughtfully furnished family home, not a hotel, and we ask guests to treat it with care.

House Rules:
• Absolutely no parties or events.
• No smoking and no candles anywhere on the property.
• Please remove shoes inside and be mindful of sand from the beach.
• The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of noise and neighbors, especially during evening hours.

Policy Reminder:
Failure to follow the house rules or occupancy limits may result in guests being asked to leave the property.
