MOANA - Petit cocon situé quartier République

Welcome to the Moana flat in the République district! A small cocoon of 37m2 fully equipped and decorated with a beautiful living room with high ceilings and parquet floors to bring you the greatest comfort. The flat, on the ground floor, is ideal for work or leisure stays, for lovers or friends, from 1 to 4 people.

The flat is arranged as follows:
- A living area, with its kitchen area that will allow you to concoct good dishes (combined microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...). A table and four chairs will allow you to enjoy your meals in a friendly atmosphere.
- A lounge area with a sofa bed, a television and internet access.
- Above the kitchen, a mezzanine bed, practical for a large child (7-18 years).
There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe.
You haven't had time to visit everything, and you feel so good in the flat that you don't want to leave... no problem, the washing machine will allow you to stay a few days longer (and also a clotheshorse, an ironing board and an iron).
A bathroom with a shower, a cupboard with a sink and storage space as well as a toilet.

The Cocoonr Agency

The Moana accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport

Close to the centre of Nantes, but also in the heart of the Ile de Nantes, you are only a few steps away from many shops and restaurants, car parks and transport. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to strolling around, visiting the most beautiful monuments or even doing a little shopping. A 10-minute walk from the Place du Commerce, to reach the entire transport network. Visit the Château des Ducs and the water mirror, the Place Royale, the Rue Crébillon or the Place Graslin and its famous theatre. The machines of the island, with its famous elephant, are only 10 minutes away on foot.
Go to the "Commerce" stop to take advantage of the numerous bus lines as well as the 3 tramway lines. Once on the square, you are 5 minutes by tramway from the Nantes train station ("Bouffay" or "Duchesse Anne" stops). To get to the airport, take a 20-minute bus ride from the station with the dedicated shuttle bus.
You can also use the city's self-service bicycles "Les Bicloos" (24H subscription possible).

Perfect place!

Really loved this place, it's quite newly renovated, clean, and really lovely. The location is much better than I had thought, it's a nice little area and not too far from transit, plenty to walk to near there. Couldn't ask for more!

Moana "Very comfortable, equipped and renovated apartment, exactly as presented in the pictures. Good location, easy to walk to many restaurants, cafes and 'tourist' places in the city! While it does lack natural brightness, the lights in the apartment were more than suitable. The only negative is that I was there for work for a few weeks. The WIFI connection (and even cellphone connection) wasn't great in the kitchen area, but as I mostly worked from my office this wasn't a big issue. The welcoming agent, Florence, was very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions! All in all, I would definitely consider this place for my next visit to Nantes!"

Avec les bac à plantes devant la maison, la fenêtre ouverte de la chambre peut faire office de balcon. Propreté impeccable et accueil très sympa. 🙁 Comme l'ont remarqué d'autres clients, la pièce principale est en effet relativement sombre, mais par ces temps de canicule, ce n'était pas gênant - au contraire."

Tout d’abord incapable de nous donner des renseignements pour se garer dans le quartier, la personne qui nous a accueilli le jour même nous a reproché d’arriver plus tard qu’annoncé sur le site alors que nous l’avons prévenu plusieurs heures à l’avance, puis elle n’était pas au clair sur le nombre de personnes annoncées, et pour finir elle nous a regardé nous tromper d’immeuble sans nous interpeller… avant de nous le dire ! On a connu mieux comme accueil !"

Mais sinon il est tres bien aménagé et equipé. Il est juste parfait ! Il très bien situé à 20 min de la gare, 10-15 min du centre ville, proximité des transports.
