It’s AZ Time...Relax in a private heated pool, Golf, Spring Training, Hiking!

Welcome to Sun City Grand, Desert Sage community. Our home offers a master bedroom opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. The game room has a full sized Murphy pull out bed, as well as a 24” inflatable queen size bed. All in all this house can accommodate up to 8 adults. Recent updates include new appliances, granite countertops, bar, game room and new furniture throughout. Outside enjoy a heated pool, misters, Blackstone flat iron grill with a built in air fryer and warming drawers. Large patio table in the back as well as the front courtyard. Round out the backyard with a gas fire pit for those cooler nights. Four golf course in the development, two community outdoor lap and splash pools, hot tubs as well as a spa . Close to Cardinal Stadium and MLB spring training facilities. Come to AZ and enjoy the warmth!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of walking around the development. We enjoyed visiting with friends that were close by. The pool was great! Highly recommend staying here.

Everything you could ask for to feel at home during your stay is provided here. The beds are cofortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of towels, including pool towels. The pool is awesome, sparkling clean! The patio has lots of comfy furniture including loungers to enjoy while soaking up the AZ sunshine. We loved using the Blackstone grill! The amenities at The Grand are top notch, golf, pickleball, lap pools. We enjoyed the twice weekly live music in the Village Center. We had a couple very minor issue that we contacted Dana about. She was so easy to work with and responded with a fix immediately. We would not hesitate to book this property again!

Beautifully decorated

This home is beautiful. Very homey and comfortable. I would only make two suggestions. The VRBO describes the pool as heated but there is an up charge of $200 to heat it to a comfortable temperature. Also it is described as a two car garage but there is a private vehicle taking one of the spaces. I would definitely come back.

Great rental home in Sun City Grand Arizona !!

We really enjoyed our month of March 2022 in this home! It was clean and very nicely furnished, great patio, pool in backyard, on quiet cul de sac. We really enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone griddle. Dayna, the owner, was easy to get in touch with for anything we needed. We would like to rent it again in the future.

Wonderful Experience

For our first trip to escape the MN winter, we absolutely scored with this rental! The owner was very accessible when we had any questions, and the home comes complete with private swimming pool for the nice weather and game room (for the few rainy days we experienced.) Hoping to return to this property in the future!!
