This non smoking /no pet ground floor Mini Suite is in Sea Trail Golf Resort, Champions section features spacious accommodations with two Queen Beds, upgraded pillows, bedding and linens. The suite also includes wireless internet, TV, kitchenette (Full size fridge/microwave/Keurig) dining and sitting area. Perfect for a long weekend or a full week! If the dates are blocked see detail of the entire condo property which includes another bedroom, bath and fully stocked kitchen -- VRBO number 2084041. Accommodates up to 7 which is also used as a rental for (see detail in that property description) Enjoy the benefit of having a full kitchen with all cooking essentials

The property has outside security camera which is located at the front door.

The private Champions community pool open May - October is only a few steps across the parking lot during the summer months.

Sea Trail is home to 3 championship courses. Other nearby courses- The Pearl, Ocean Ridge, Oyster Bay, Thistle and River Edge plus many more are within 10 miles. Sunset Beach has local shops, seafood markets, bookstores, boutiques, art and gift shops as well!

Beautiful Sunset Beach is less than 3 miles away, voted the 4th best beach in the world by National Geographic is brimming with wildlife, birds, sea turtle nests and has a great fishing pier. Stroll 2 miles west on the beach to the famous Kindred Spirit Mailbox, jot a message, dream or wish in the mailbox that is always stocked with notebooks. There is a grocery store less than 2 miles away and 1 mile to inter-costal water way boat launch.

Venture a few miles to the south and find many great seafood restaurants in Calabash, a bit further south Little River for fishing excursions or a day off shore on one of the 2 casino ships and in 10 miles find the hustle and bustle of all that Myrtle Beach offers , Tanger outlets, theaters, water parks, and don’t forget Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot landing.

Quiet Beauty

This is a beautiful unit overlooking a lovely view of the golf course. It was perfect for my short stay and was quiet with easy access, tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owners are wonderful and made me feel welcome. It worked out well as a great place to relax when I wasn't busy helping family in the area.

My husband Phil and I are new to VRBO as property owners but had much experience using for our own rental needs. We have just purchasing our Condo in Sunset Beach and want to share with you how wonderful the Sunset Beach area is! Please give our Condo a try. I'm quite sure you will not be disappointed. We bought a home in Sunset Beach and moved here just a year ago from PA and had always traveled to Myrtle Beach and rarely travel to south eastern NC except to play golf . After much house hunting we landed in Sunset Beach for the location and away from all the Myrtle beach traffic. Sunset Beach is best place to be for sure.. Close to everything! the beach is near, fishing and tons of golf and if we want to go to MB. Hop in the car and 30 min later we are there!

For those that like poems.. here's Phil's jingle that encompasses everything about our town and condo.

Lay by the pool without a care
Walk the beach and breathe the ocean air
Never go wrong enjoying the sun
as for sure you will have much fun
Golf, Shops and restaurants are very near
Or spend a day of the fishing pier!


We live less than a mile from the condo so we can be available most any time if needed. Feel free to ask questions about what to do, etc if you are new to the area!
