Perfect for the week for our family of 3! Very comfortable king bed (we didn’t use the other bed so can’t say how that one was), well equipped kitchen for cooking, very clean. A/c worked great, no musty smell in house. The TV in the master was not a smart TV, only cable, so that was a bummer but not a deal breaker! Location was nice and close to the beach so we walked there and used the wagon and beach toys (although I’d recommend a new wagon as this one has a bum wheel which made it tricky to use!) No cooler so we bought a foam one and left it for the next guest to use :) overall great stay!

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! We're thrilled your family had a great week with us. We're glad the kitchen, AC, and beach proximity worked perfectly for your getaway. We really appreciate you noting the wagon wheel issue and the cooler—we'll definitely look into both of those. Your thoughtfulness in leaving the foam cooler for the next guests is so kind! We'd love to have you back again soon. Thanks for being such great guests!

Communication was seamless and courteous. The house was in perfect condition - clean and tidy with great linens, wonderful books, an easy walk to multiple beaches and restaurants. It was pretty and we enjoyed most of our meals right at "home." There were great chairs and umbrellas for the beach and we had our own covered parking space. We look forward to returning and spending more time together. Checkout was very easy! Thank you so much!

The stay was amazing other than the bed in the second bedroom. That bed is very uncomfortable and as hard as a rock. We slept on the pull out in the living room. Otherwise, there were plenty of shops and places to eat around. As well as a rental shop for golf carts, kayaks, and paddle boards. It was also walking distance to the beach.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed the location and amenities—the nearby shops, dining, and water sports rentals really do make it special. We appreciate you letting us know about the second bedroom mattress. That's valuable information, and we're going to look into that as we have not had any negative comments about the bed and have previous guest feedback that the beds are very comfortable. We want to make sure guests are comfortable during their stay so please know that you can contact us during your stay and we will do our best to assist. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
