Located just two hours north of Toronto, this 4-bedroom, fully equipped cottage offers all the amenities of home, and then some. The standalone cottage is part of Clublink's Lakeside at Rocky Crest Resort, located on prestigious Lake Joseph, and home to the nationally ranked 18-hole Rocky Crest Golf Course.

Golfers have access to tee times at Rocky Crest and use of the driving range or choose to drive to Clublink's Lake Joseph Golf Club (30 minutes) and Grandview Golf Club (60 minutes).

The fully appointed cottage offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and, at 2,671 square feet, is the largest cottage at LAKESIDE. In addition to the ground floor master king bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet, one bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite, another bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, plus a crib. The main floor living room features a 2-story cathedral ceiling, fireplace, Smart TV and comfortable seating with a sofa that also converts to a bed. The attached Muskoka room provides dining seating for 8 or a great place to host card or board games. A two-sided gas fireplace leads to the outdoor patio, complete with Muskoka chairs and a Weber BBQ. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops offers island seating and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has seating for 10 and a walkout to the outdoor patio.

The cottage is professionally decorated, offering the conveniences of home, including 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players, Bell Fibe Internet/WiFi, and weekly cleaning service (Mondays). Though equipped with laundry facilities, all linens and bath towels are provided. (Guests must provide own laundry detergent.)

Amenities of the resort include 3 restaurants, 2 pools (one at the resort and one at Armishaw Recreation Centre), hot tub, 2 large docks on Lake Joseph, a small sandy beach for kids’ play, canoes, paddleboats, paddleboards and kayaks, water trampolines and slides, fishing, golf putting range, tennis courts, basketball, pool and ping pong tables and hiking trails. The fully equipped workout facilities at the Convention Centre also offer an indoor hot tub and sauna for post workout relaxing. In the summer, a kids' camp runs full-day programs to accommodate golf games or relaxing by the lake.
Winter activities include outdoor skating on a maintained rink, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and numerous snowmobile trails. Downhill skiing is just 45 minutes away, at Mount St. Louis Moonstone.

The towns are nearby and offer, year round grocery, liquor and beer stores, as well as restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre in Parry Sound.

Rocky golf Resort

Everything was very nice. Check in was easy, and we had a lovely stay at the resort. Any issues were promptly resolved. The area is beautiful, and would recommend for anyone with a family.

Most amazing Girls Getaway Weekend

Well as wonderful as these pictures are they do not do this oasis justice. Upon walking in our breaths were taken away. Every 2 years 10 of us from all over Canada and the US meet for a long weekend. This place was ideal. Spacious yet cozy, remote yet close to everything. Everything you need is available to you. The beds are amazingly comfy...I should know as I went for a 20 minute nap and woke up 3 hours later. The kitchen was so state of the art for cooking huge breakfasts and dinners to sharing snacks and wine. From playing charades to ice scatting to snow shoeing to cooking homemade chicken and dumplings we lacked for nothing. It was with a heavy heart that we all said goodbye but look so forward to coming back 2017. Thank-you Howard and Elaine for being such wonderful hosts and entrusting us with your villa. Thank you for the recommendations for the area. I think we found our retreat for years to come.

3 generations and there was room for everyone to have their own space and still be together also Great lake with the play centre that the kids loved and spent a lot of time on...wish there was more than 1 paddle boat in working order...but lots of other things to try paddle boards, kayaks, loved the safety with life jackets suggested . The fire pit at night was great. And the kids loved fishing off the dock. Great staff throughout the resort.....very friendly, helpful and informative throughout our whole stay, knew a lot about the area They thought of everything, you might need, in the villa. amazing what they had in the kitchen cupboards for utensils and small appliances, and lots of room for everything you might bring with you ...washer and dryer , great addition, only complaint was the floor in the kitchen, living area, was not clean, had to wipe it up myself after arrival...but other than that all the rest of the villa was clean and tidy when we arrived...some how the floor was missed. The guys really enjoyed the golf course, I am sure they could have stayed there the whole time. The ones that tried out the restaurant , loved the food and selection Would definitely return some day, I'm sure our grand-daughters would go back tomorrow!

Exactly as Advertised

The home was beautiful and laid out great to accommodate our group with plenty of space to gather in group or find some quiet time. Covid 19 prevented some use of some of the resort amenities but no fault of theirs, and there were still plenty of things to do. The waterfront is gorgeous with lots of dock space to spread out onto the refreshing and clean waters of Hamer Bay on Lake Joseph. Would recommend to anyone looking for some R&R!

Last week of summer before school!

Our extended family of 4 adults and 6 kids had a great time at the cottage. Kids loved the lake activities and fishing at Armishaw lake was their highlight. Alot to keep everyone busy. They liked going to guest services to pick dvds movie nights. The cottage had everything we needed just like in the ad. Needs new frying pans, other than that perfect!

Lovely house in a beautiful part of the world

The property was as nice as it appeared on this website. There were 7 adults and two children staying and the house was more than big enough for our needs. The location in Muskoka is beautiful and the amenities are all within walking distance. I would have no hesitation in recommending this rental to anyone.

Beautiful place

Just spent a wonderful 5 days with my girlfriends at this property. The house was beautiful and very comfortable - this is definitely a place we will return to. Great for couples as well. We are ClubLink members and Rocky Crest is just around the corner.

Beautiful Winter Getaway

I stayed at this property for 2 nights around New Year's Eve and it was an absolutely flawless experience. The cottage is exactly as it appears in the photographs, if not even better! It is fully equipped with lines and complete kitchen, and even has an espresso machine. The staff at the Rocky Crest resort are extremely helpful and the club house where the hot tub and pool table are found is easily accessible. We were the only ones using the hot tub at the time when we went. Skiing is very close by (45 mins away) and Perry Sound is only 20 mins away from the property. Overall, a beautiful cottage and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!
