As you enter this 2,100 square foot 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home through the expansive covered front porch you are immediately welcomed with the cozy feeling of home. The great room includes Sonos speakers and a custom sectional that sits in front of the 65” smart television that can be seen from the living room and dining room. Adjoining the living room is a chef’s kitchen featuring granite countertops that is adorned with stainless appliances and everything you need to make a gourmet meal.

The spectacular private backyard Lake View Oasis is backed to a nature reserve and perfect for entertaining with family and friends. Relax and enjoy the sparkling pool, featuring five fountains that cascade into the pool. Multi-colored LED pool lighting accentuate the sunset and after-dark experience. The pool features a large Baja shelf with in water lounge chairs and three tables under tiki umbrellas make swimming enjoyable for all ages. The pool can be heated in cooler months for an additional $50 a day. Enjoy a drink at the palapa bar or on the comfortable patio furniture while observing the most breathtaking Arizona sunsets over the unobstructed Lake and Mountains. The Outdoor kitchen is equipped with a built-in large BBQ, Sink, and Refrigerator.

The Master bedroom opens to the back yard through French Doors that overlook the pool and lake. The California King bed and 43” Smart TV make this retreat a soothing place to relax. The ensuite has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and oversize tub.

Guest room one and two are furnished with Luxury Bedding and linens and 40” smart TVs (Cal King in one room and Queen bed in the second). Guest room three is on the opposite side of the house perfect for privacy and is furnished with bunk beds and an optional pack and play with linens and upgraded memory foam mattress topper. The recently renovated ½ bathroom is next to this bedroom as well.

This oasis in the desert has everything you need for a relaxing summer on the water or off-road exploration in the winter. Conveniently located and minutes to both launch ramps, body beach, open trails on the reserve for your off-road toys, great restaurants and shopping. You will never be more than a few minutes away from your next adventure! The fun is seemingly endless. Whether you like to boat, fish, ski, wakeboard, swim, hike, mountain bike, dirt bike or explore off-road, Lake Havasu is your place for fun!

This is not a party House! This is a family vacation home in great condition. We have worked hard to provide a high-end home for our family as well as our guests. Everything is new and expensive to replace. If your plan is to come to Havasu to party with your friends, get drunk, get rowdy and destroy things, please this is not the property for you.




For the safety of our guests and property there is a ring door bell camera by the front door as well as several outdoor cameras facing the front and side entrances of the property. There are no indoor cameras and no cameras facing the backyard.
