The space because cleanliness matters more than ever after the house is cleaned it's being sanitized with a disinfectant Fogger, a chemical to reduce the number of germs and bacteria.

Beautifully upgraded home with great curb appeal & has almost 2500 sq. Ft. Unique floor plan, lovely open kitchen with custom cabinets & pull-out shelves, pantry, gas stove, granite counters, breakfast bar, fully stocked with all your essentials. Open living room with gas fireplace & guest bathroom. The large entry to the master bedroom and bath has a separate spa tub & shower. Guest bedrooms with jack & jill bathroom. Backyard with heated pool (additional fee to heat pool), BBQ grill (propane is not provided, renters responsibility). Great area that’s close enough to walk to downtown Lake Havasu to restaurants, & bars, and a short 5min drive to the lake & parks.
Non-smoking home. NO pets allowed.

River float weekend

This is absolutely a great place to stay. Beautiful home, very clean, 2 minutes from the lake, 30 minutes from the river, a great place to gather with friends for a weekend getaway. Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

Family vacation

My family and I stayed in this house for 10 days in August. It was very spacious for everyone! Our kids (16 & 12) enjoyed their "own" space when they wanted some down time. The house was clean and decorated wonderfully! The location was perfect. Shopping, downtown area and the grocery stores were close and convenient to get to. The pool area was clean. It was fabulous to sit outside at night and enjoy the weather! We had a couple of questions for the owners during our stay - they were courteous and prompt to answer them. I would definitely stay in this house again. It's a real gem!

The property was just a it was advertised. I had to make several changes to my reservation leading up to check in and Rocio was accommodating and seemed to genuinely care that our stay was perfect! So if you're looking for a place that's close to everything, but it doesn't matter because it has everything, so why leave? This is the one!

Awesome rental house

Good location and comfy beds

Positive - great quiet, safe neighborhood and clean house. Communication with host was great. Nice kitchen and comfortable furniture. Negative- one of the toilets was not flushing (repair was not made until 9:15 pm) the back sliding door was really hard to lock and we would have preferred one larger living area instead of the two smaller separate areas (but this may be good if you have kids) also, there was no live TV channels to watch the ASU game. The non refundable $95. extra charge for “insurance” in case we damaged something was a surprise at checkout, (maybe I missed it in the fine print) felt it was a hidden fee. Overall, I would probably stay here again if I needed to be in Havasu again.

Perfect Place For Our Family Get Together

I really enjoyed getting together with family at this house. There were many activities to choose from including ping pong, foosball and the outdoor backyard and pool. Rocio and Charles were very easy to get a hold of when needed, and they had little welcome items waiting for us as well. Would highly recommend!

Great location!

Great home, clean, spacious and great location. The driveway was able to fit 3 trucks and a boat. It was really nice to be close to the marina and the local bars. Rocio, was very prompt responding to any questions or concerns I had. We will definitely be back!

Very Close to London Bridge

My family and friend had a very good week d at this house. Plenty of room for all of us and room for my boat on side of house. Loved that is was within minutes to the marina to launch boats and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Met all expectations

Property owner was always quick to respond to any questions. House had everything that was listed on the amenities page and more. Pool was great for hanging out at on the last day of our vacation. Beds were comfortable, showers were great and the water was hot!! Took some time to find the right adjustments. This is a great location to be able to get to store, boat launches, golf course. Nice park behind the house. Boat parking worked great!! No complaints on any part.

Perfect Havasu getaway!

We stayed for a weekend in April and could not have been more pleased. The home is exactly as shown on VRBO which is rare. Nice touches all around with comfortable accommodations, nicely decorated, well-stocked, and great communication with the owner. We plan to stay again and highly recommend!

Love This Amazing Home.

Our time in Lake Havasus was amazing and part of that was this home we stayed in. Our kids loved the pool and game area. We loved the patio area outside. The house was very nice and clean. I loved that there was a washer and dryer available to use. The big open floor plan was very nice especially since our one daughter is in a wheelchair/stroller. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and in a great location. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. My husband loved the double shower heads and I loved that the two bedrooms our children stayed in had a connecting restroom. The host was very attentive and emailed every day to check and make sure we didn't need anything. If we are every lucky enough to come back to Lake Havasus we will definitely stay here again.
