Watch Hill 225 is a family friendly condo in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne. This 1 bedroom plus Loft, 2 bath sleeps 6. Large windows with mountain and valley views. Near rec path and trails for hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing. Mountain views from the living room and deck. Fully-equipped kitchen has a kitchen bar that seats 2. Dining table seats 6. Corner desk work space. Living room has comfortable seating, flatscreen, gas fireplace, free cable and WiFi. Vaulted ceilings make this unit feel very spacious. Near the Summit Stage Bus Stop. Complex has a laundry room in the same building as the unit with coin-op washers and dryers.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ Double, Twin Daybed, private bath in master loft.
~ 2 Twins in main floor bedroom.
~ Queen Sofabed in living room.

2 unassigned surface parking spots.
Location
In the winter it's just 20 minutes to Keystone, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and 35 minutes to Breckenridge or Vail. Only 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries, coffee and City Market in Dillon. Walk out your door and back up the driveway to find the paved rec path for walking or biking and National Forest Trails. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter.
The free Summit Stage bus stop is near the end of the drive and can connect you to all resorts and towns.
Also an easy drive to: the Blue River for fly fishing, the Silverthorne Rec Center with pools and water features plus state of the art workout areas, the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for live theater and events, Rainbow Park for play, sledding and outdoor concerts and the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings and community events.
