6/10 Okay

adequate but run down
GOOD:
very clean
well-equipped kitchen
nice view
OK:
Bathrooms are small (as expected) and have most of what you want, if low-budget. ADD SOME MORE TOWEL RACKS AND OTHER PLACES TO HANG THINGS - PEOPLE ARE SKIING, HIKING, ETC. AND HAVE A LOT OF (WET) STUFF!
Carpet was clean, if a bit dated
Kitchen design / appliances / materials were low budget but good enough for everything we needed. The dishes / pots / pans were haphazard, incomplete sets. I know they get wear & tear but come on, they're cheap - replace the "survivors" with matching sets
BAD:
the furniture is awful - it was cheap junk when bought (at the flea market I think) in the eighties - show your guests you care and upgrade!
By the way when you finally buy new beds, get king size - nobody likes a small bed! They don't cost that much (if any) more.
While you're at it. get some quality sheets / bedding. Costco has nice stuff, for probably just a little more than WalMart. Actually WalMart has some nice sheets - but they're not the cheapest ones on the shelf like what we slept on here.
Paint - what's with the multiple trim / door paint schemes? Finish the job!
Pool / Hot Tub / playroom: Yuck! The pool was green and you couldn't see the bottom. We were afraid to get in it. Hot tub not as bad but the pool destroyed our trust. Otherwise, as like the rest of the complex, it all needs upgrading / refurbishing.
Internet service was intermittent but mostly up.
Overall, I was generally disappointed - because I know how nice it could be with just a little more TLC. Next time I'll be more selective (and likely pay more). This would have been great back in college and "camping indoors" was the mode. But It was not a place we were happy to have guests visit.
