On the ground floor: a living room including a kitchen and a lounge with direct access to the promenade de la grève, a dining room with relaxation area, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, a bedroom with two 90X190 beds, a bathroom with toilet. Private parking outside in front of the property. NON-SMOKING GITE. Our animal friends are not allowed in this cottage. In the heart of the village of Cherrueix, this cottage offers a unique setting for your stay, ensuring a change of scenery and wonder, between Cancale, Mont Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo. With direct access to the shore of the Baie du Mont Saint-Michel, you will take full advantage of the many activities offered on site: sand yachting, shore fishing, public play area for children. The more athletic can reach Mont Saint-Michel on foot or by mountain bike by taking the Duchesse Anne sea wall from the house. This vacation rental, perfectly equipped for family stays and welcoming the youngest, will seduce you with the layout of its friendly living spaces with a wide view of the sandy horizon of the shore to the north and opening onto a pleasant enclosed wooden terrace on the south side with garden table and electric barbecue. The lively spectacle of the tides and lights can be admired just as much from the upper floor, where each of the rooms benefits from a sea view. On a passé deux Semaines dans la Maison sans aucun ProblèmeLa Maison était dans un état super et vraiment soigne par les PropriétairesTout le matériel pour passer les Vacances étaient sur Place et tout fonctionnait sans ProblèmesLa correspondance se fait par Whats Up avec une Réponse rapide du Propriétaire La Maison est fortement recommandée pour passer des Moments inoubliablesBien les Bonjours Jean Claude

Rien ne manque. La situation est exceptionnelle. Et hôtes bienveillants et très réactifs. Calme à ce moment de l'année, semaine de Saint-Sylvestre, à revenir en été ou déjà au printemps.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Cherrueix
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Cherrueix sehr genossen. Die Lage des Häuschens ist ein Traum, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos. Vielen Dank an Jean-René und Stéphanie für die tollen Ausflugstipps !

Ein Tolles Haus, netter Vermieter, sehr gute Lage
Wir sind zufällig auf das Haus gestoßen, suchten etwas in der Nähe von St. Malo und dem Mt. Saint Michel. Die Lage des Ortes und des Hauses sind daher hervorragend. Der Ort ist ruhig, hat Charme und das Haus liegt am Stand (10 m) aber doch im Ortskern. Alles was man auf den Bildern des Inserats sieht, ist da und erfüllt auch die Erwartungen. Das Haus ist gepflegt, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer bzw. die extra Dusche/ das WC zweckmäßig aber dennoch stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls stilvoll und geräumig. Ohnehin ist es sehr geräumig und man muss sich nicht einschränken, weil jeder auch zum Zurückziehen einen schönen Platz im Haus findet. Es sind (wir waren im Herbst dort) überall Heizungen. Zudem gibt es eine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, einen Staubsauger, WLAN und ein großes TV-Gerät usw. Trotz der Nähe zum Wasser gibt es kein Feuchtigkeitsproblem, wie wir dies schon in anderen Häusern erlebt haben. Rundum ist das Haus sehr schön und wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Anzumerken ist, dass die Vermieter sofort auf kurze Nachfragen reagieren, ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommen sind. Wir hatten Kontakt über Mail und WhatsApp. Alles ist so, dass wir jederzeit das Haus empfehlen und es selbst wieder nehmen würden.
