This villa has been recently updated and is truly unique in the area. Lush native landscaping, private walking paths and outdoor and indoor spaces to take in the natural beauty of the area. Dedicated security, concierge and staff.
This is one of our three recently remodeled villas.
Brand new 1 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa (for 2 guests) on a beachfront jewel. Walking distance to everything , yet one of the most private beaches in the area.
In addition to the villas, the property features a recently updated rancho with an open air kitchen and community gathering space.
