Great location, 3min. walk to the beach, very close to Aventura Mall and a 35-min. drive to either Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale Airport. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, has 4 beds (1 king, 2 tween, 1 sleeper sofa ), has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room, free wifi and free parking.

The cleaning crew will arrive immediately after your check-out at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you let me know once you have left, so they can enter the apartment.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No marijuana smoking inside or outside. I have zero tolerance for that.(up to $500 fine)
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the condo. Do not open balcony door or windows when the AC is on. It can damage the AC unit

A great place

A very nice two bedroom apartment in a prestigious location close to the beach. The apartment is clean and well renovated, comfortable beds, the street is quiet with local traffic only. Beach chairs and umbrella provided, with was very convenient. Local shops and supermarket are a walking distance. Check in was easy, all done remotely.

Le condo est vraiment beau et dans un quartier très calme, il est près de tout et surtout à quelques pas de la mer; les chaises de plage et le cooler fourni avec la location sont très pratiques :-) Nous avons adoré nos vacances et recommandons cette location; c’était juste Wow !!! Wir haben das Apartment für eine Woche genutzt und waren insbesondere von der Sauberkeit begeistert! Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keine Wünsche offen! Sehr praktisch sind die Waschmaschinen, die gegen Gebühr genutzt werden können. Da das Apartment in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand liegt (ca. 5 min zu Fuß), sind die verfügbaren Stühle, der Sonnenschirm sowie die Kühlbox sehr praktisch. Die wichtigsten Einrichtungen (Publix, Restaurants etc.) sind ebenfalls zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This an upgraded modern condo just a few minute walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Our host was readily available for questions and help and checkin was easy. This place is gem at a great price! Thank you Stepan for sharing your condo enabling a wonderful mini getaway!

Die Wohnung hat meine Erwartung voll erfüllt. Sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, dennoch verkehrsgünstig gelegen und in ein paar Minuten am Strand und bei den malls. Stepan ist ein zuverlässiger Vermieter, der immer prompt auf alle Fragen antwortet. Ich kann die Wohnung und den Gastgeber nur empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder!!

A Special Spot

Le Cartier is a quiet spot close to the beach. On non-beach days, you can enjoy the group around the pool. A nice little Catholic Church right next door. Everything in walking distance. Condo was nice and Stepan is a great host. We'll be back.

Great Location short walk to the beach

Loved how quiet and convenient it was to everything. The beach was a 3-5 walk and there were chairs and a cooler to use for the beach. Kitchens was stocked with all you need to cook. Stephan was a great host with all our needs. Definitely would recommend to stay here👍🏼
