When you walk through the front door, you enter a living area of nearly 90 m², bathed in light thanks to its many windows.
Here you’ll find several distinct areas: an entryway, a living room, a dining room, a TV and reading lounge, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a separate half-bath with a sink.
The stone staircase leads to the sleeping area, featuring three beautiful bedrooms equipped with ample built-in storage, each unique and furnished with taste and refinement. The furniture and decorative items have been carefully selected by Magali, who loves hunting for treasures at local flea markets and garage sales, as well as in the most hidden interior design boutiques.
On one side of the hallway, the separate master bedroom (25 m²) with its large walk-in closet faces both east and west; the bed is a king-size (180 x 200). The bathroom and toilet are private.
On the other side of the hallway, two bedrooms (15 and 18 m²) share a bathroom, and the toilet is separate.
One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed (140×190), while the other can be configured with either a king-size bed (180×200) or two twin beds (90×200). Both rooms feature large closets.
The bathrooms are bathed in natural light thanks to beautiful windows. They offer ultra-modern, high-end comfort while retaining their Provençal charm.

The garden is dotted with magnificent Provençal trees, lavender beds, and a variety of Provençal plants, giving it an irresistible charm.
What truly sets this Provençal garden apart is its majestic stone fountain, 5 metres in diameter, designed like a pool where young and old alike can swim or cool off—and around which all the living spaces are arranged, alternating between sun and shade throughout the day. At aperitif time, you can enjoy the lovely evening light while sitting with your feet in the water, sipping a glass of Provence rosé!
This garden offers a terrace for dining, a lawn area shaded by cypress trees, and a spot for relaxation or work at the far end of the garden.
A barbecue and griddle area is sheltered by an awning so you can enjoy lunch out of the sun.
