About this property

Villa on the Elbe, large terrace with a view of the Elbe, separate entrance, free WiFi

Enjoy the tranquility right on the Elbe. The property was renovated and refurbished in 2014/2015. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Dishwasher, large fridge / freezer combination, induction cooker, dishes for at least 6 people, toaster are just a few examples of our well-equipped holiday property. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with real glass partitions, a towel radiator and a large vanity. On the ground floor there is the large living and dining room with more than 20 m² including a large flat screen TV with satellite reception and a feel-good couch. You will also find the 12 m² bedroom with a double bed incl. Flat TV (SAT) and 2 wardrobes. Bathroom and kitchen are also on the ground floor. The 2nd Bedrooms on the upper floor can be reached via a historic steel staircase from the 19th century. From there you have a wonderful view of the Elbe and the green slopes of the Elbe beyond. You can use a large sep. Use the terrace to linger, sunbathe and relax.

You live in a historic building - in an extension of a listed villa, which was built in 1876 by the Chemnitz machine manufacturer and railway pioneer Richard Hartmann as a retirement and relaxation center. The property was completely renovated in 2014/2015.

For stays of 1 week, the rental price per night is reduced (see price list). You can also rent bicycles from us. The price per bike is EUR 10.00 / day or EUR 25.00 / week.

Schone en nette accomodatie, direct aan de Elbe

Deze accommodatie betreft een aanleunwoning/appartement aan de woning van de verhuurder. Je bent feitelijk te gast bij de verhuurder op zijn grondgebied. Toegang tot de accommodatie is via de poort van de verhuurder. Daarvan krijg je een sleutel zodat je er zelf telkens in en uit kunt. Via deze poort kun je je auto in de tuin van de verhuurder parkeren. Via de tuin heb je een eigen toegang tot het appartement dat je huurt. Je heb ook een eigen terras tot je beschikking, met uitzicht over de Elbe. Dat is zeer fraai. Helaas is de parasol op het terras verouderd en slecht te bedienen. De accommodatie is prettig rustig in die zin dat er geen auto's langs rijden, slechts fietsers en wandelaars. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het direct aan de Elbe ligt, dus je hoort wel geluid van langs varende boten, roeiers, camperaars die langs de Elbe staan etc. Al met al is het niet heel hinderlijk. Het appartement is zeer netjes ingericht en fraai afgewerkt. Badkamer is nieuw. De keuken is goed ingericht, inclusief vaatwasser. Er zijn twee slaapkamers ter beschikking, allebei voorzien van een hor voor het raam. De bedden zijn prima.

Unsere Urlaubswoche in der Villa an der Elbe war sehr erholsam. Die sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und das gute Wetter machten unsere Urlaubstage nahezu perfekt. Wir können mit gutem Gewissen die Unterkunft und Umgebung weiterempfehlen.

Gern wieder

Es handelt sich um eine toll gelegene Ferienwohnung direkt an der Elbe. Der Anbieter war sehr freundlich, alles funktionierte problemlos. Die Wohnung war hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. An Inventar haben wir alles vorgefunden was man benötigt. Wirklich super ausgestattet, das kennen wir von anderen Ferienwohnungen leider schon anders. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein toller Bäcker. Auch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Fazit: Wir waren vollstens zufrieden, gern wieder und herzlichen Dank!

Klasse Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Umgebung direkt an der Elbe.

Sehr nette Vermieter, Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet in absolut ruhiger Umgebung direkt am Elbeufer. Gastronomie und Bäckerei in der Nähe, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel 2 Straßennecken weiter. Alles völlig problemlos, auch um in die Stadt oder weiter weg zu kommen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und können die Adresse mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Dresden ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Wohnung an der Elbe in Dresden

Die Lage direkt an der Elbe ist wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Es fehlt an nichts! Die Anreise mit dem Auto über den Elberadweg ist etwas schwierig, aber machbar ! Ist sehr zu empfehlen!! Der Hausherr hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles toll erklärt ! Kommen gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung in toller Lage, direkt an der Elbe

Wir waren für eine Woche hier. Der "Check In" lief easy ab, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, mit großem Garten, toller Terrasse mit Ausblick auf die Elbe. Es ist alles da, was es für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, man kann mit Bus und Straßenbahn leicht in die Stadt gelangen. Oder abends an der Elbe langlaufen und tolle Lokale finden. Absolut empfehlenswert!! DANKE

Schönste Ferienwohnung bisher

Bisher unsere schönste und sauberste Ferienwohnung, die wir bewohnt haben. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail und passend zum Haus eingerichtet wurde. Trotzdem ist alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Ausstattungsmäßig fehlt es an gar nichts. Die Wohnung war auch super sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und die Lage ist natürlich ein Traum. Falls wir wieder nach Dresden kommen wissen wir auf alle Fälle wo wir wohnen werden. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt zu 100 % weiter. Schöne Grüße aus Niederbayern

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Laubegast

Liebe Familie Aurich! Wir haben uns in Ihrem Domizil sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und willkommen geheißen. Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet... Alles ist vorhanden was das ❤️ begehrt und man im Alltag braucht. Mein Sohn und ich hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei sehr netten Gastgebern!
