Short drive To Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Tampa ZOO, Tampa Riverwalk and Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium and about 35 minutes to Clearwater and St Petersburg Beach. Property has 3 security cámaras located on the outside of the property for all guest’s safety as well as host’s safety. Patio is non accessible as the owner is there on a separate property. Super convenient to shopping and grocery stores. 24/7 access.
