About this property

Walk to Downtown! Private Hot Tub, Fireplace, Indoor Pool

You can enjoy the peacefulness of Moab yet only be a couple of blocks from downtown. A 5-10 minute walk is all it takes to get to the heart of downtown Moab, so leave your car parked and walk into town or use one of our 5 bicycles to get around town! This twinhome in the Cottonwood Condominiums was completed in the summer of 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room has a 46” LCD high definition TV with expanded cable and a DVD player. Alternatively, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. The dining area has a large table that easily seats 8 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40" LCD TV. There is a spacious walk-in closet and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space for storage. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed over a full bed bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed as well. It will sleep 4 people if needed. The living room contains a queen-size sofa bed.

High speed Internet access is available and there is a desktop computer available for you to use or you may connect your own computer to the secured WiFi network we have.

Anniversary Trip to Moab

Quick trip with family to celebrate our anniversary, my wife and I have stayed in several places throughout Moab and this always one of the better ones!The proximity to downtown was awesome, the house was clean and well stocked, everything worked!Chad was very proactive in communication and we will definitely stay here again!
