The apartment is located on the 3rd Floor of a Wilhelminian style residential building with elevator and green view.

Public transportation and activities:
Experience Vienna intensively and without the need for public or private transport. Famous Viennese cafes and restaurants spoil you with culinary delights and Vienna nightlife is just a few steps away. Relax in a typical Viennese coffee house with delicious pastries, a huge selection of newspapers and first-class live piano music. Or take advantage of the fantastic shopping opportunities in Vienna's shops, shopping centers and markets. Our 60 m² apartment is located near the Urania between Vienna Mitte (U3; U4) and Praterstern (U1) and the inner city. When moving into the apartment you will find extensive, up-to-date information material. Take advantage of the numerous possibilities of cultural life, such as concerts, vernissages, musicals, etc., which the vibrant city of Vienna offers.

Attractions and striking places in our area:
Our apartment is located between the Vienna Prater with its countless green recreation areas and the historic old town of Vienna. St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Around the old town, the Ringstrasse runs with all its magnificent buildings from the imperial period. Vienna's great bike paths invite you to take a mobile sightseeing tour!Also in the immediate vicinity are the Hundertwasser House and the newly restored Urania observatory!Take advantage of our location and experience a different Vienna!

The spacious 60m² designer apartment has been completely renovated and is suitable for 1-4 people. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, storage room and anteroom. The apartment is located on the 3rd Lift floor. Non smoking apartment, no pets. Equipment: The apartment is furnished to a high standard and selected. The equipment includes: 1 TV (cable), mobile phone or fixed telephone, internet connection, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee machine, sufficient cookware and dishes, bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Additional equipment:
Cot, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner. Bicycles can be provided on request. Arrival and departure date by appointment. Handover of keys on site. We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment! We are also happy to help you personally, as we live right next to our apartments.

We had a great stay in Vienna with more space than expected! The apartment is in good proximity to several tram stops and is a decent walk to the sites.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. It was nice knowing the hosts were close by if I needed anything, although I didn't because the apartment was stocked with everything I could have needed. The location could not have been more perfect - a quiet neighborhood with all my immediate needs close by (grocery store, pharmacy, bus stop, cafes/restaurants) and easy walk or train/subway ride into the center of Vienna. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again my next time in Vienna.

Perfect for a couple and quiet in a loud city

This was a perfect stepping off point for our short trip to Vienna. The owner met us at the flat and explained everything to us and was extremely kind. I recommend this to anybody who is looking for a nice quiet place while they visit this beautiful city.

Nice apartment with good oppertunities to explore Vienna

A perfect place for your stay in Vienna. Walking distances to the city center, parks, the old town and other interesting things that you want to see when you are in Vienna as a tourist. The apartment is in very good condition and the well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook food. Highly recomend!

Great unit, great location

Allowed for easy access (by public transit) to the sites, concerts, opera house, as well as convenience to the conference I was attending and a hockey game towards the northeast. Clean, spacious unit. Owners were great to deal with. Hoping to come back with the spouse and kids!

First time in Vienna

Everything worked well with our 5 night stay at this Vienna apartment. Check-in was easy and apartment was just what we needed with all of the amenities and ample space to relax. Very good interaction with hosts as they live in same building. Lots of transportation options very close made it very easy to get around. Great Jumping off point l.

This was perfect for me as a solo traveler and could easily accommodate a couple. At the most a 30-40 minute walk to everything I wanted to do. I do walk so for other this would be a 10-15 taxi ride. Accommodations were perfect. I didn’t spend a lot of time there but everything I needed was available. Wolfgang was great and answered my questions. Nice gentlemen. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Vienna.

Amazing!

Right when we arrived to the flat we were instantly greeted. Wolfgang is kind and very helpful. He met us at the door of the flat and gave us a small tour. The flat is so nice, it was very clean and accommodating. Wolfgang had very helpful maps, notes, etc. in case you did not know how to navigate Vienna (like us) or just wanted to learn more about what to do. They had even extra blankets and pillows, a radio, card games, and more. They were very prepared for guests and treated us well. I highly recommend!!

Oasis in the city

This apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. It felt like home for our week in Vienna. The hosts have included everything you could possibly need or want -- lots of dishes, coffeemaker, dishwasher, cleaning supplies, washing and drying machines (one of each), bed linens, towels, guidebooks. Wolfgang was able to arrange the usage of a bicycle too. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential so you won't be bothered by party noises all night. There are restaurants and shops nearby, such as groceries, pharmacy, and many restaurants serving delicious food. The apartment is about 20 minutes by tram from the Innere Stadt, where we then walked for hours. The tram system is easy to use. A pass (daily or weekly) means you don't have to purchase and validate tickets for each ride and it is easier to hop on/off trams as needed. The location is terrific, the apartment is wonderful, and Wolfgang is a friendly, warm host who made us feel at home from the first moment.

Schöne Lage und ruhig

Wer sich in Wien langweilt, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen.Haben eine wundervolle Woche in Wien verbracht. Das Auto stand beim Herrn Moser in der Garage, Busse und Bahnen fahren überall hin. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, nur das WC ist ein wenig zu klein geraten.

Tolle Zeit in Wien

Perfekte Lage für alle Ausflüge

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Strassenbahnen 1 und O sehr nah, da kommt man überall hin!! 2 Kleinigkeiten: es gibt keine Garderobe für die Jacken, obwohl Platz genug wäre. Und die Wände zur anliegenden Wohnung sind anscheinend sehr dünn.
