This affordable apartment for 2 is located in a traffic-calmed area with good infrastructure. In just 13 minutes (U3) takes you to the city center and the adjacent Wienerwald. The sights of Vienna can be reached quickly by public transport.

The living room:
Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge / freezer, sink, coffee machine and microwave.
Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, sofa, coffee table, small dining table and satellite TV.

This apartment does not have a separate bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. A newly renovated toilet for sole use is located in the hallway a few steps from the apartment.

Full service apartment, perfect for us. Walter was really helpful and accommodating. 5-10 minute walk to the metro, with about a 15 minute ride to the city center. Neighborhood is working class, not touristy.

Birgit is a lovely host.She was very welcoming and communicative throughout our whole stay.The the flat was super clean, good heating, comfortable bed and the kitchen has everything you need.Shower and toilet was no problem at all. Just as described, a newly renovated toilet for sole use is located in the hallway a few steps from the apartment.We recommend this place.

Das Quartier ist perfekt für alle Unternehmungen in und um Wien, man erreicht alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in kurzer Zeit, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe,es ist sauber und freundlich also sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Apartment

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war super angenehm. Es war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat und auch der Weg zur U-Bahn und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind nur 5 Minuten. Dementsprechend ist die Lage sehr gut, da man mit der U3 auch in kurzer Zeit am Stephansplatz ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert, denn sie ist sehr freundlich und am Wohle des Gasts orientiert.

Good Spot, Excellent Host!

I’ve stayed at this property twice now, the space is exactly as advertised. It had a nice small kitchen and a good sized bedroom. The toilet is indeed located just out the front door, and was never a problem for my stay. Birgit is an amazing host! She was easy to chat with, accommodating during check in, she was reason enough to come back to book a second time. Looking forward to returning soon!

Gut angebunden und ruhig

Gute Lage (auch wenn etwas außerhalb: sehr lebendig, man kommt problemlos überall hin), schönes Wohnhaus, trotz eher kärglicher Einrichtung alles vorhanden. Küchenausstattung könnte z.T. neuer sein. An Wochenendabenden durchaus Geräusche von den nebenliegenden Restaurants, ansonsten angenehm ruhig.
