This beautiful Venice Island Home is less that 1 mile to Venice Beach. Just think you can have the beach life this winter in Sunny Venice. Forget the snow and Ice. This lovely three bedroom home gives you a king size bed in the master. A queen size bed in the second bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom. The home boast an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. The Island is a totally walkable, or bike able town. Enjoy, your exercise on the Venetian Waterway Trail . There is so much to do in Venice, the arts center, the theater, shopping, concerts, festivals, restaurants, and of course the BEACH.

Great Location

This house is in a great location on the island of Venice. Walk to everything, and the Venice bike trail is directly across the street.

Growing up in Virginia, I learned to love small towns, nice people, and good living. This makes Venice the perfect fit for me. My passion is Aviation. I have a 1946 Aeronca Champ Airplane that I hangar right here on the Island of Venice airport. I know that I am truly blessed and I am very grateful to be living the beach life in wonderful Venice.

This is an adorable home that I take great pride in. My guest love it and enjoy the three bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and the garage. This home even has an outdoor shower. It is such a pleasure to shower outside. It is so nice to have a fenced in yard for privacy and a lovey screen in lanai. The best part is the location. It is close to everything that the Island has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Comfort and privacy in one of the most lovely spots in the world. You are sure to enjoy your stay and might not ever want to leave.
