Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Set all Thermostats to 76 degrees
Make sure grill is turned off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are welcome with owner's approval. Please attach a photo with the breed and age of any/all pets for review. Maximum weight not to exceed 50lbs.
Any pets not registered will result in a $300 non-refundable fee. Cats are not permitted and will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

The house was spotless and well-appointed. We loved the indoor/outdoor space, and the plants in the yard were gorgeous. The neighborhood was walkable to a park, amazing pizza, good sailing and the waterfront. Lots to do!

Niice fun house close to everything

This was a very clean, nicely decorated house with a screened in porch. It is located in a residnetial neighborhood with friendly nieghbors. Every so often a flock of peacocks dropped in. The kitchen was well equipped which we liked because we did not want to eat out but preferred to get our groceries from Publix and the local fruitt stand and the local fish store and grill or cook. The house is 10 minutes away from Jensen Beach Center, Riverside Park and the beach. It is also in close proximity is Stuart, the Dolphin Bar, Conchy Joe's and other nice places to eat and have happy hour. The house came with a huge TV but the streaming was limited and we were not able to stream our cable from home due to the variable wifi connection. It looked like efforts had been made to strengthen the conncetion but it seemed to go off briefly in the evening. So if you plan to watch a lot of TV or do work via computer while on vacation this may be a problem. Tricia the owner was always helpful when contacted. A notebook with frequently asked questions and basic informattion such as when the garbage gets picked up might save her some calls. We had a very nice vacation and loved the location because we went to the beach almost every day and grilled or cooked our dinner and ate on the screened in porch. This house sleeps six but only has one bathroom. This was fine for us (two adults). The online listing says there is a hot tub which there is not, however this was a plus for us,

Great stay!

Perfect location, wonderfully equipped kitchen, bath , plenty of linen supplies and cleaning gear. A beautiful peacock strolled across the property almost every day!

Quiet Getaway

House was perfect, clean and well equipped. Just bring your clothes and food. Pretty quiet except for the occasional dog barking at the fence. Enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

Nice house in a great location

We enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this property again. The house was nicely decorated, pictures of the house are accurate. The kitchen was well equipped, WiFi was robust which was needed for frequent work-related zoom meetings. We enjoyed the fenced-in back yard with plenty of shade and screened-in porch. The neighborhood is quiet, access to a community pier, very close to several parks, and a short drive to the beach. Communication with the host, Trish, was excellent and a minor issue was quickly resolved.

Outside: needs lawn work and landscaping, rickety charcoal grill, furniture, screen porch needs cleaning and better chairs Laundry: washer and dryer in shed with lawnmower and gas can which smells Entry: no outside light by door Need better towels especially hand towels. No flatware just childrens/camping style cheap. Kinda of musty hard to open windows. Good tv in lr. Remote in br not working.

Family winter beach getaway

We had a great time in this house. The back yard space is nice with a lot of privacy. The drive to Stuart Beach is just a few minutes drive. Nice walkable neighborhood.
