Beautiful chalet "La Poya", 1'200 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 1.3 km from the centre of Moléson, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: property. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house at 50 m. Grocery 12 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de la Gruyère" 14 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.3 km, slopes 1.3 km, ski rental 1.4 km, ski school 1.4 km, sled run 1.5 km, children's playground 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Gruyère 6 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 11 km, Bulle 11 km, Fribourg 41 km, Gstaad 46 km, Montreux 47 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson. "Chalet La Poya", 4-room chalet 110 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV, flat screen, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open small alcove with curtain with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

In den Jahren etwas heruntergekommen

Wir waren vor zwei Jahren erstmals im La Poya und wir waren begeistert. Diesen speziellen Anlass wollten wir nun genau zwei Jahre später wiederholen. Leider war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend: das Haus ist runtergekommen, im Treppenhaus und im Technikraum fehlt die Beleuchtung, die bodenebene Dusche läuft nicht ab, so dass das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Der Warmwasserbereiter ist nach einer Dusche bereits leer. Wir waren enttäuscht und sind frühzeitig abgereist.

Heimeliges Chalet mit wunderschöner Aussicht

+ Hat uns sehr gefallen, sauber und gemütlich. Super eingerichtet und hatte von Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel auch diverse Caquelon oder Weingläser etc. Leider vor Ort kein Holz zum Feuern, muss selber geholt und gezahlt werden. - Es sind keine 3 Zimmer sondern 1 Doppelzimmer und 1 Doppelzimmer mit kleinem Séparée mit einem Hochbett. Für uns super (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) für mehr Erwachsene wäre es uns zu eng.

Prachtig chalet

Een prachtig chalet met een fantastisch uitzicht. Wij waren zeer aangenaam verrast toen wij aankwamen, mooie ligging en een gezellige inrichting. Het chalet ligt aan het einde van een doodlopende weg dus lekker rustig. De streek is erg mooi en er is heel veel te bekijken. De VVV in Moleson is ook het contactpunt en zij waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hopen hier zeker nog een keer terug te komen.

FALSCHE ANGABEN IM INTERNET

im Prospekt hiess es,3 SCHLAFZIMMER bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen,dass dem nicht so wahr.es waren wohl 6 Betten,aber das Etagenbett stand im einten Schlafzimmer,ich will ja nicht bei einem Päärchen im Zimmer schlafen,also waren nur 2 SCHLAFZIMMER.und so musste ich die ganze Woche im Salon auf der Couch schlafen und das war zugleich der Aufenthaltsraum von allen.also hatte ich überhaupt keine Privatsphäre.und auf der Couch schlafen war auch nicht so lustig. ENTTÄUSCHUNG pur.

haus insgesammt. i.O. bettwäsche war sauber besteckschublade war dreckig betten sehr hart, da keine Matratzeneinlage sonder Bretter ! Garten war nicht gemäht, überall hohes Gras auf Steinplatten

Leider spricht man von drei Zimmern, jedoch sind es nur zwei. Ganze Ferienwohnung voller Katzenhaare, zum Glück waren wir nicht allergisch.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Leider nur mit 2 Schlafzimmern, das "3. Zimmer" ist ein schmaler Schlauch, integriert in ein anderes Zimmer. Mit Teenagern, die ein eigenes Zimmer möchten eher nicht zu empfehlen. Autoabstellplatz vor dem Haus bedeutet parkieren am Strassenrand, bei Schnee oder Schneeräumung ziemlich mühsam. Ohne Auto geht gar nichts ausser Wandern, alles ist ziemlich weit weg. Das Skigebiet ist sehr freundlich aber auch sehr klein. Wir verbrachten trotzdem eine gute Zeit.

Romantisches Chalet mit kleinen Mängel

Das Chalet ist ganz romantisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat die Grösse positiv überrascht (4 Erwachsene). 110 m2 über 2 Stockwerke verteilt, ist absolut in Ordnung. Auch die manchmal kritisierte Einrichtung (Liegecouch) hat uns gepasst. Einige kleine Unannehmlichkeiten hatte es jedoch auch: Badewanne undicht, Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausbaufähig und etwas unglücklich ist, dass die Besitzer die meisten grösseren Schränke für sich benutzen und deswegen nicht gebraucht werden können.
