For the price of a decent hotel suite, you and your extended family can enjoy executive-level living on Bend's Westside. Two-week minimum; 12% discount included for monthly or longer.
This stunning home is fully equipped, with each level having a large grill, separate outdoor dining areas, a lower deck that is gated and sealed off, ideal for kids. Sit by the fire pit and enjoy the 4-waterfall lighted stream. Walking and biking trails are accessible from the back yard.
Take an easy stroll to NorthWest Crossing. Downtown and the Old Mill District are each two miles away. Easy access to the river trail, Phil's Trail biking system, and Mount Bachelor.
The house has high ceilings, three fireplaces (two in bedrooms just added, along with custom shelving), a lifetime tile roof, eight foot cedar doors, automated. outdoor lighting, including path, a 7-zone automatic sprinkler system, three smart-zone temperature controllers, Hunter Douglas wood blinds throughout, power shades on back windows, Dacor range, and a 120-gallon propane tank to fire pit and upper grill on top deck. All new bedding, towels, and fully equipped kitchen with stand mixer, high-speed blender, rice maker, crock pot, toaster oven, espresso machine, Keurig, regular coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, spices, and more. There are three full-sized refrigerators in the house, two with ice makers.
