While the area still reflects its authentic roots, you’ll notice a mix of charming older homes and modern renovations. It's a neighborhood full of character, culture, and exciting transformation.

What makes my Airbnb stand out is that it’s more than just a place to sleep. I’ve set it up to be a space where families and groups can really enjoy themselves—whether that’s hanging out in the game room, relaxing in the backyard, or just enjoying the smart features that make the stay feel seamless. I focus on creating a clean, modern space that’s fully stocked and thoughtfully set up for comfort and fun.
On top of that, I manage everything personally, so guests can expect quick responses, attention to detail, and a stay that feels well taken care of. I also chose a location that’s close to everything—downtown, beaches, restaurants—but still has that local charm. I put effort into the little things that people usually don’t think about until they need them, and that’s what keeps guests coming back or recommending the space to others.
