Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, riding stable 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
5-room house 180 m2 on 3 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and fan. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/shower/WC, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Parquet floors. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Das Haus ist in einem super tollen Zustand, die Schränke gut bestückt. Wir fahren seit 20 Jahren in diese Gegend, dies war bisher das beste Haus, was wir je hatten. Wenn etwas fehlte wurde es sofort besorgt. Wenn etwas kaputt ging wurde es sofort ersetzt. Super nette Vermieter. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Im nächsten Jahr werden wir das Haus wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Wir waren 6 Personen mit 1 Hund und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Nett eingerichtet, viel Platz, sehr große Terrasse, toller Ausblick. Leider keine Sitzauflagen draußen. Der Pool ist ein Highligt - sehr groß. Schön wäre, wenn alle Schlafzimmer Klima hätten. Kompl. eingezäuntes Grundstück u. elektr. Tor fanden wir bequem, weil wir den Hund mit hatten. Leider muss man sagen, dass bis auf die Betten und Sanitäreinrichtungen es insgesamt hätte sauberer sein können. Dennoch fanden wir es wirklich schön!!

Wedding Accomodation

We booked this villa with friends for a local wedding. The Villa met our needs and the pool area was lovely but we had issues. Only 2 Air Conditioners work although we checked before travelling and were informed 5 were working. This was the biggest problem Only 7 sunbeds which only 4 were in good conditioner and no cushions like the image. The house only really caters for 6. 5 mugs ( some chipped). Despite a lovely time the villa didnt live up to expectations.

Heerlijk ruim huis met eigen zwembad

Het huis is netjes, ruim en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer. Fijn zwembad om lang in te genieten. De zon gaat in mei pas rond 20u van het zwembad aan. Dus lang plezier van het water! Nadelen aan deze woning: bedden zijn erg hard. Bank in de woonkamer is erg zacht en zitten niet fijn. Maar beiden is persoonlijke voorkeur.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und 1 Schlafzimmer. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Pool.
