La Orotava: Beautiful, rustic house "Camino La Candelaria". Outside the resort, on a slope, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: property 20'000 m2 with lawn, orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, poolhouse with fridge, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: WiFi. Parking on the premises. Grocery 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: main road 50 m from the property. Additional accommodations can be booked. Sun terrace 20 m2. Outdoor kitchen with 4 hobs. The property has a panoramic view of the Teide and solar energy. In this property it is possible to hire in advance wedding planner service, communions, birthdays and events in general (everything is extra and on request).
2-room farmhouse 80 m2, on the ground floor. Rustic furnishings: 1 room with 2 beds and electric heater. 1 room, without wardrobe with 1 french bed and electric heater. Living room with satellite TV and international TV channels. Kitchen 12 m2 (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, boiler (50 litres). Bath/shower. No heating option. Terrace 50 m2, garden 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine (extra), iron, children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Eine sehr schöne Woche

Wir hatten ein sehr schöne Urlaubswoche mit unserer 5jährigen Tochter. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und etwas abgelegen, aber mit Mietwagen ist man in 15 Min in Puerto und/oder am Meer. Eine Bushaltestelle nur 1 Min vom Haus gibts auch, haben wir auch genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben neue Bettwäsche bekommen, als unsere Tochter ins Bett gemacht hat. Und es gab mehrmals frisches Obst aus dem schönen Garten. Vielen Dank dafür!

klassisches teneriffaer Wohnhaus

Zwei Schlafzimmer mit alten, aber ordentlichen Möbeln, Küche und Bad jeweils nur von außen zu erreichen, Sitzplatz nur draußen oder in der Küche - das ist im Winter manchmal doch etwas kühl.

Authentieke woning aan groene kant eiland

Verblijf in de nevenwoning (apart van hoofdwoning met verbindingspad) met 2 personen. Privé, mooi uitzicht, binnenkeuken (keukengerei net voldoende voor 4 pers), buitenkeuken, 2 slaapkamers, 1 met 2-persoonsbed en TV (sat) en ladekast, 1 met 2 losse bedden en hangkast. Patio + afdak, buitenterras, dakterras en badkamer met douche. Alles is authentiek, bouw, inrichting. Geen moderne afwerking, wel schoon en werkend. Door ligging wat vochtiger, gewoon goed luchten. Vlakbij TF21, in de nacht stil.

Los jardines eran estupendos, los gatos eran muy mimosos con mis hijos. Nos hubiera gustado que no nos cobraran por la lavadora 5€, cuándo viajas con niños tienes que hacer lavadoras y se agradecería no tenerlas que pagar y además tener que comprar detergente. En la cocina harían falta más utensilios, y el el lavabo jabón y rollo de papel extra. También se agradecería que en la web ponga antes de hacer reserva,que para acceder al lavabo y cocina hay que salir al porcho. Ubicación buena.
