Excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L'appartement est très spacieux et très agréable, nous y avons passé de très bon moments. Le canapé lit se trouve dans un salon indépendant du salon principal ce qui en fait en réalité une 4e chambre. Très bon accueil, M. est très réactive, de bon conseil et conciliante

Zentral aber abgewohnt

Die Lage ist super, relativ zentral im Stadtteil Eixample. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schon sehr abgewöhnt. Die Sitzgruppen sind relativ neu, aber die Stühle am Esstisch waren extrem wackelig. Nachts zum Teil sehr laut durch die Lichtschächte. Die Zimmer qualitativ sehr unterschiedlich. Das Einzelzimmer extrem winzig. Die Bäder z.T. verkalkt. Küche gut ausgestattet. Obwohl ich die Schlüsselträgerin über unsere Flugzdaten informiert habe, mussten wir 30 Minuten vor der Tür warten.

Logement spacieux, propre et bien situé

Il s'agit d'un logement fonctionnel et bien localisé car à 15 min à pied de la plaça Catalunya. La présence d'une boulangerie ainsi que d'un bureau de tabac en face de l'appartement sont également un "plus". La station de métro la plus proche, "Hospital Clinic" (L5) se trouve à 5 bonnes minutes à pied. Le logement est grand et bien agencé : les 2 salles de bain sont appréciables et la suite parentale est parfaite pour un couple. La cuisine est bien équipée (four, micro-onde, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain, feux de cuisson), même si un rouleau d'essuie-tout aurait été le bienvenu. L'appartement est propre et climatisé (2 climatiseurs muraux : un dans le salon et un autre dans la suite parentale). L'accueil de l'hôte a été parfait : il a été facilement joignable par mails et par messages et nous a permis de profiter de l'appartement quelques heures de plus le jour du départ, en l'absence d'autre réservation (check-out initialement prévu à 10h). Nous avions demandé 2 jeux de clés car nous étions nombreux : réponse favorable de l'hôte.

Bel appartement un peu bruyant

Appartement fonctionnel et pratique en plein centre de Barcelone. Le point faible: bruit des voisins étage au dessus une bonne partie de la nuit!
