It's time to organise your stay!

Take the left staircase and head for the flat on the 1st floor!

Its living room is composed of a sofa bed and a flat screen television. Its open kitchen is equipped with a 4 hob cooker and electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with 1 x 140cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.

You can enjoy your part of the balcony as well as the large garden surrounding the house, with terrace furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

PETS NOT ALLOWED - SHARED PARKING ON THE GROUNDS

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock

Appartement agréable à vivre, mais en sachant s'adapter aux contraintes du loueur et des lieux

Les conditions gĂ©nĂ©rales de CA Square Habitat ne peuvent contrevenir aux CG d'ABRITEL notamment concernant la caution mĂ©nage de 120 € qui a Ă©tĂ© demandĂ© en supplĂ©ment de ce qui avait Ă©tĂ© convenu avec ABRITEL, sachant qu'Ă  notre arrivĂ©e l'Ă©tat de propretĂ© de l'appartement Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat mĂ©diocre et sans qu'un Ă©tat des lieux contradictoire puisse ĂȘtre fait entre le parties. Nous avons donc passĂ© 2H00 Ă  Ă  notre arrivĂ©e pour nettoyer l'appartement et le rendre propre Ă  sa destination. Nous avons laissĂ© l'appartement plus propre qu'Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, nous espĂ©rons donc recouvrer nos 120 € de caution pour le mĂ©nage. En ce qui concerne l'appartement ce dernier est bien amĂ©nagĂ©, bien configurĂ©, bien situĂ©, nĂ©anmoins il y a un trĂšs gros problĂšme d'affaiblissement acoustique entre les 4 appartements du pavillon puisque nous entendions les conversations de nos voisins ainsi que les faits et gestes (notamment aux WC) ce qui est gĂȘnant dans certains cas. En dehors des points Ă©voquĂ©s ci-dessus l'appartement pourrait ĂȘtre agrĂ©able Ă  vivre.
