The back room couch pulls out into a comfortable bed as well and there is a smart TV, Blu-ray and standard Wii also hooked up. This space is an ideal area for the kids to watch TV, hang out and play. The bathroom is also fully renovated with storage space for your toiletries. The laundry room is available for your use as well, including iron and board. The back yard is fenced in with a covered porch that has comfortable seating and decorative lights to use at night, giving the patio a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a brick fireplace which you can light to add to the ambiance of the evening and a Webber grill with all the utensils. The beach is directly down the street with free parking and public access. There is a fishing pier directly around the corner from the home with a kayak launching dock. This dock over looks the intercostal waterway and is amazing for sun set viewing.
