Very nice (for short stay in pre season)

Basic appartment at good location. Appartment offers what is needed for short stay, but lacks comfort for longer period. (no comfortable chairs/couch, basic bedbase and matress, no dishwasher, no microwave -yes small oven, but ...). Laundrette is nearby though. Still peaceful in pre-season (April), but might be noisy in high season. Nice to have your own private parking spot, but the spaces are so tight that if both cars next to yours are also parked, you won't be able to get in or out. So ... very nice (and price worthy) for short stay.

Sérénité avec belle vue

Appartement propre et illuminé. Tout le nécessaire y est. Terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la mer. Le bruit des vagues est reposant. On a passé un séjour agréable, il faisait bon pour un mois d'octobre. Je recommande.

L'appartement en lui même est bien situé mais il manque vraiment la climatisation Odeur égout permanent dans SDB et WC et dans tout l'appartement du coup horrible dommage. Protège matelas et oreiller non changé heureusement un propre était dans le placard. La balayette des WC fond du pot beurk Le protège table extérieur pas lavé je pense qu'il a fait toute la saison

Séjour à cavalaire

Vue magnifique sur la mer. Appartement confortable très bien équipé. Parking privé sécurisé. La ville de Cavalaire 5mn à pied. Restaurant au bas de l immeuble. Petit bémol, mais en octobre ce n est pas gênant la route est très passante. Pas de climatisation. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Cette année en mai il faisait plus chaud , donc la nuit obligé de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte , il manque une CLIM dans la chambre a coucher ,Sans compter les voitures , les motos , les camions qui passent a partir de 5h30 jusqu après minuit .Avec la fenêtre ouverte ce n est juste pas possible ,sinon pas de lave vaisselle ni de micro onde , mais ca c es gérable.Bon courage pour cet été. SITUATION EXCEPTIONNELLE

très bel appartement manque un micro onde (en 2021) le lave vaisselle serait un plus , mais pas indispensable que le micro onde , tout le reste correct , nous relouerons des que possible
