This home has three master suites, something I have not encountered in other homes I have rented for family trips. The kitchen is well very well-equipped, and reflects that this home is used by the owners, and is not just an income property. The views from the deck are wonderful. The location is very private, yet only a few minutes from town or Rocky Mountain National Park. It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway, but would be very comfortable for a much longer stay as well. I cannot think of one negative thing to say.
Some houses are just magical and this one hit the mark. Beautiful inside and out! The home was well thought out and truly had everything you would need. We wil definitely be back!
The house is AMAZING! We were so happy with every aspect of the house - the views, the decor, the cleanliness, the layout - everything was perfect. We were three couples getting away for a long weekend and it suited us perfectly. Loved the three King rooms with private bathrooms and the half bath on the main floor was very convenient. The layout was so nice and open and very cozy. Loved that we could be in the kitchen cooking (which the kitchen was well appointed and everything worked including the ice maker in the fridge!) but were not separated from the rest of the group. The two fireplaces created a beautiful ambiance. I can only speak for the master bed on the main floor, at how extremely comfortable it was, but everyone seemed to really like their beds. The views were amazing with the sunrise hitting RMNP and again RMNP being the backdrop for the sunsets. We used the hot tub one night and it was sparkling clean and everything worked perfectly. Karine was great with her communication and there was nothing that we could say anything negative about. The only wildlife we saw was a bunny that seemed to enjoy looking in the sliding glass door.
Beautiful house and views. Clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped. Hot tub on wrap around deck was big, clean and hot with great views. Big table for us to eat at and play games. Great, convenient location to RMNP and downtown. Checkin was easy and multiple communications with host had friendly, quick replies. Kitchen well equipped and met all our needs. House had Christmas tree and decorations up which was a nice, unexpected touch for our stay over Christmas weekend. Thank you, we'd definitely stay again.
Only suggestion to others is regarding vehicle. If coming in winter you probably do want to have AWD/4WD. We are experienced driving in snow so managed the switchback driveway and road with AWD Subarus after it snowed about 6 inches overnight, before it got plowed later that day. Probably would have needed a 4WD if it had gotten any deeper, or else wait for the plowing and sanding (which did occur sometime that day while we were in RMNP). Inexperienced winter drivers could encounter issues getting up or down under snowy circumstances.
Thanks for the great stay!
Absolutely breathtaking views from a beautifully decorated yet very comfortable homeomforb home
Very special first Family trip with adult kids and new wives and was a splurge for our family that did not disappoint! Perfect home in so many ways... the views at all different times of the day and with different weather and skys... breathtaking! Three separate bedroom suites with full baths and another half bath were perfect arrangements The third bedroom is not as elaborate as the other two but very comfortable and spacious enough. The home was very clean and the decor was so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is very well equipped and made meal prep fun and along with the amazing views it was a pleasure to stay in!! Three cars is possible on the landing but very tight and a little inconvenient. The garage is not available for guest use. The final section of dirt road up to the house ended up not causing any issues due to weather but could see potental issues in snow with our vehicles. Hot tub was wonderful but we had to call for instructions on operation as not in the information provided. Managers responded quickly and resolved concerns and explained operation. Only negative was misleading checkout time of 11 am on reservation at booking and then seeing 10 am in home information and the requirement to wash and dry all towels before leaving. I never did question the manager at the time but would suggest that the requirement be reviewed/revised for future for cleanliness reasons alone along with the inconvenience for guests trying to pack up and leave by 10 instead of 11am as expected. Overall it was the stay of a lifetime for my husband and me and I recommend it highly! Thank you for sharing your mountain home. We truly enjoyed it.

We are so thrilled you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for the feedback. Yes, you are correct, this house is located on top of a mountain so there is a swithback to access the property. And you are correct, our license allows for 3 vehicles on the property. The garage is not listed for guest use in the listing, however, we do keep the grill and some patio furniture in there for guest use. We did find the error and fixed it for future guests on the checkout time. And our welcome binder has an optional request for towels if the guest has time or an interest to start a load. Some guests like to do extra upon checkout so we added that in there for them. Thank you for staying with us!
The view was stunning and we enjoyed the layout of the house.
Overall, great. Clean, beautiful views, and great location. Things to note: there are no window coverings for both upstairs bedrooms, which led to early risers. Also, they requested we both wash AND dry towels before checking out. This is different from other places we've stayed and made it difficult to leave in the morning in a timely manner.
We were more than impressed with this property! The pictures do not do it’s justice as this property was so breathtaking inside and out! The location of the property was close to the shopping area and places to eat, we loved that it was just a short drive from everything. We loved the beautiful views from every room and enjoyed our hikes around the property. We can't wait to come back again!
I was more than impressed with this property! The pictures do not do it’s justice as this property was so breathtaking inside and out! The location of the property was close to the shopping area in Estes so we could just walk if we wanted to or take a short drive to do what we needed. Overall, we were all very content with this property and have already recommended it to our friends and family. The bed in the master downstairs was a plus as well! 👍🏽
