I really appreciated that they had a full kitchen and a sauna we could use. Close to trailhead.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Dirty and cramped
The room had an unpleasant smell, the sheets were visibly stained, and the blanket had hardened food still attached. The door to the bathroom was missing one of the hinge pins, the shower door could only partially open without hitting the toilet, and the walls and ceiling provided little sound dampening or privacy from neighboring rooms.
That said, the location was great, the bed was firm, check-in was easy, and the site had a hot tub and sauna to recover in after a day of hiking.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, firm bed, and the hot tub after a day of hiking.
Regarding the room size, we do make it clear in the description that the Aspen rooms are our smallest room type, and the photos are provided to accurately reflect the space.
Cleanliness is a priority for us, and the room was thoroughly cleaned before your stay, so we feel the claiming the room to be 'dirty' may be overstating the facts. We apologise if something was missed. We would also have been very happy to address and rectify any issues during your stay.
We’ve recently invested in new white sheets and bedding to ensure they are visibly clean for each guest. While our top sheets are provided by an external laundry service and are thoroughly cleaned, they may occasionally show signs of wear.
After your stay, we inspected the room and could not detect any unpleasant smells, but we will continue to work hard to ensure a fresh and comfortable environment for all our guests.
