In the hall there is a summer kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, induction hob and complete crockery has been fitted out in this entrance in order to have everything necessary at hand, on the same level as the courtyard.

The courtyard has a corner sofa, a basket, a deckchair, an extendable dining table for 6 people, a gas barbecue with plancha in addition, barbecue accessories (gloves and cooking tools).

On the 1st floor are the living rooms:

- A large fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine, pressure cooker, rice cooker.
- The living dining room includes an armchair and ottoman, table and chairs, flat screen TV with decoder, 1 powerful fan
- Two bedrooms (one with double bed 160, a desk, a large wardrobe with 4 doors, a large armchair), the other with 2 single beds 90x200, a wardrobe and a large armchair.

Each room is equipped with a column fan (Dyson brand in the master bedroom).

Linen provided (sheets/towels - 1 per person).

Wifi available. Travel cot & high chair, child safety barrier, baby bath, changing mat, baby crockery.

Traveller access

- A reception service is at your disposal to answer your questions and will contact you for the collection of the keys.

- Arrival from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., depending on the agent's availability and by appointment.
* between 18:00 and 22:00: supplement of 10 €
* Beyond: self-check-in (no extra charge)

- Discharge between 8 and 10 a.m. by prior appointment with the agent.
