This 500 m2 enclosed garden house, with parking for two cars as soon as you pass through the sliding gate, is perfectly equipped for a great family holiday.<br>Outside, it offers a beautiful terrace, with a view of the sea and direct access to the 4 km sandy beach, bordered by dunes, which goes from the small typical village of Ile-Tudy to Sainte-Marine. On this terrace, you have garden furniture with a cantilever parasol, two deckchairs and a dining table with parasol.<br>Inside, the ground floor consists of a large south-facing room with a bar that separates the dining/living room part from the fitted kitchen. A high table integrated into the bar is useful for breakfast or meal preparation. You have another 6-seat table in the room. The room is equipped with a pellet stove for mid-season stays. From the living room, you can watch the sea comfortably installed on the sofa, but also the television, your series (using a Chromecast) and have the internet!<br>In the entrance hallway, to the east, you have the ground floor bedroom overlooking the sea, bathroom and toilet facing north. A door between kitchen and staircase leads to a garage, not intended for cars, equipped with a shower for returning from the beach, a washing machine and dryer, removable and fixed towel racks, a removable coat rack for diving suits, a Weber barbecue with accessories and two bicycles.<br> Upstairs, the two south-facing Velux bedrooms are separated by a mezzanine, which gives access to a balcony facing the sea. This mezzanine equipped with a sofa, rattan armchair, coffee table and bookcase is another reading room.<br> Upstairs on the north side, you have a spacious bathroom with ironing board, and a toilet.
