So close yet so quiet in the heart of Nice

We loved our three week stay in this well appointed, clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment. Tastefully decorated and well equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Unbelievable location in the heart of Nice. Steps away from transportation and the main square yet quiet and safe neighbor surrounded by great restaurants, stores and still close to the beach. Superb host, we would stay again.

Perfect stay

My daughter and I spent a fantastic week in Nice at Hugo’s apartment. I honestly don’t think you could find a better place to stay. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the tram, train station, beach & old town. The apartment has everything you could need, is beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Hugo is an excellent host, very accommodating and communicative. Thank you for a fantastic stay! We can’t wait to come back :)

Geweldig appartement op fantastische locatie!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. De foto’s komen echt overeen met de werkelijkheid, Het balkon is breed genoeg om comfortabel te kunnen zitten met 2 personen. Alles in het appartement is in goede staat, de keuken is uitstekend uitgerust, wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben is ruim aanwezig.De ligging van het appartement is echt midden in de stad. Wij hebben totaal geen overlast gehad qua geluid of drukte, maar wel het grote voordeel van alles bij de hand te hebben.Het appartement ligt op de 5e verdieping. Je kunt deze bereiken via het trappenhuis en de (kleine) lift. De lift was tijdens ons verblijf geruime tijd defect, maar dan kun je mooi de beenspieren trainen tijdens het naar boven/beneden lopen .Hugo (verhuurder) reageert snel op appjes en doet echt zijn best om eventueel vragen te beantwoorden of problemen op te lossen. Hij heeft leuke tips voor tijdens het verblijf.
