Be it winter or summer, we have shared wonderful quality time with friends and family in this great house! The house is located on a quiet street, yet close to all the amenities Tahoe Donner has to offer. And the flat driveway doesn't hurt in the winter!

Near the mountain top, the house is near downhill skiing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking or horse-back riding on endless Tahoe Donner trails.

You have access to all TD amenities : Tennis, Golf, Horseback riding, Pool, Lake, etc. (some amenities subject to blackout dates).

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated.The location was perfect - just a short walk to the ski slopes. It was also very child-friendly, with lots of toys that our kidsLOVED. Luca was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this rental and would love to return!

Wonderful Tahoe Donner Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely with a LOT of amenities. I am very particular, and this home is just as it looks online - very updated, clean and lots of natural light. Location is great too - very close to the Tahoe Donner ski resort and only about 10 minutes from downtown Truckee. Communication with owners was also terrific, they reached out prior to our stay and were very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy and well-appointed home

This lovely home was perfect for our family group. The Great Room was a lovely gathering place for meals and games. We appreciated that it was so well stocked with kitchen basics (teas, spices, oils, vinegars etc.) as well as plenty of dishes and cookware.

Perfect place for our Girls Getaway

The home was perfect for us 5 friends from high school to gather and reconnect! We had our own rooms & bathrooms but were able to hang out at the huge table and great room, for hours of card/board games. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly want and the kitchen is big enough for everyone to pitch-in. Great memories were made!

Great Experience

We had a family reunion in Tahoe Donner and rented three homes. This was by far the best home of all. The furnishings were comfortable and quality, the space for family meals was perfect. The temperature were very hot while we were there and the home stayed cool. Best of all was our host who patiently answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. We hope to stay here again one day!

Perfect family getaway!

Three generations all came together to stay up in Tahoe Donner this past week and everyone had an amazing time. Luca was such a great host and very responsive to all of our questions. The beds were really comfortable and the living room/kitchen was great for entertaining. The house was equipped with so many fun games and toys. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Tahoe Donner.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Luca's house. It was in a very convenient location close to Tahoe Donner. The size of the house was just perfect for the 8 of us. We spent most of our time around the long dining table eating dinner and playing card games. The game room was also popular among the kids & adults with pool, ping pong, and darts. Kitchen was well stocked, and so was the garage. We made great use of the bikes, paddle boards, and beach chairs. Luca was so easy to communicate with. Thanks for the memories ... we would definitely stay again!

Amazing gathering place in Tahoe Donner

I had a truly wonderful long weekend with friends at Luca’s Tahoe Donner Home. They had everything we needed— from cookware to amenities to snow toys. Luca was super kind, communicative, and accommodating. I definitely plan to return next winter.

Amazing place for family gathering

I can't say how much we loved staying here and how perfect it was for our trip. I lost my mom earlier this year so we had family come out from Florida and we were able to spend time together remembering and sharing stories of my mom and dad. The layout is perfect because we had 5 adults and two 11 year old boys. There was great space for us to gather as a group but also have space of our own. There was nothing missing here either. We could breakfast and dinner every day and did not fall short of having what we needed. I have already reached out to friends to see when we can book some time to go back. Thank you for sharing your amazing home. Debbie

Outstanding Home

We've stayed at this home on several occasions - it is always wonderful. The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. We had our three adult daughters, son-ion-law and two grandchildren (ages 4 ands 6) with us - there was plenty fo room for everyone. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Our favorite property in the Tahoe Donner area

We have stayed in several rentals throughout the years in Tahoe/Donner and this one is hands down our favorite. We rented this property for a week in 2020 and 2021. First, the layout of the house is perfect for our group - three families. The kitchen/dining/living room area is perfect for spending time together. There is plenty of space for everyone. I also love the layout of the bedrooms. The loft at the top is spacious and perfect for the pre-teens as they even have a half bath up there which is perfect! The middle floor has a nice sized room with a king bed and a kids room with plenty of space right next door. And the two master suites on the bottom floor are perfect. The quality of the beds is pretty important to me as I don't really feel like I'm on vacation if I can't sleep well, and everyone in our group agrees, the beds are really comfortable. There is plenty of space in the bedrooms for all our stuff. We love using the pool table, going in the hot tub and preparing and eating meals together. And then there is the location. You can WALK to the Tahoe Donner ski slopes. The owners are very kind and responsive. The house had all the supplies we needed. It just doesn't get better than that. This house truly has it all and I can't recommend it highly enough. We are hoping to rent it for years to come.

Beautiful and comfortable Tahoe Donner Property

Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Luca was very communicative. Loved the ping pong table, all the Board games, and that the house was very close to skiing. Look forward to future stays.

Tahoe Donner recently updated its rules for Short Term Tenant cards access to private amenities (pool, beach club and tennis), which are welcome approximately 332 days of the year. Short-Term Tenants are always welcome at the public amenities.

Each card grants one individual (ages 3+) access per day to private amenities, subject to Daily Access Fees and any of the following blackout dates:
