A charming 160 m² stone house in the Périgord style, tastefully renovated, set in the heart of a 5-hectare private park. The absolute tranquility of the countryside!
Just 5 minutes from the medieval village of Issigeac and its market. Ideally located near tourist attractions (Biron, Monbazillac, Bergerac, Bridoire, Bonaguil, Duras..., vineyards, fortified towns, caves).
Large kitchen and living room opening onto a terrace and pool, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (tub and shower) and 1 shower room, 1 film room. Wrought-iron pergola on the terrace.
Film room with projector (Apple TV with Netflix, My Canal, Disney+, etc.).
Vegetable garden with produce to pick and eat, and fresh eggs from the chicken coop!
Trampoline, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, lounge chairs...
All baby gear available (travel cot with mattress, baby bath seat, high chair, stair gates). We’ll be staying in a tiny house 200 m from the main house—completely secluded and not visible from the main house.
