Located on Tramway Drive, between Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges, the townhome sits directly on the Tahoe Rim Trail for incredible summer hiking and biking, and right on the Heavenly Stagecoach shuttle line for effortless winter ski access. World-class skiing, breathtaking alpine views, and endless outdoor fun are literally at your doorstep. When you’re ready to explore beyond the mountain, casinos, shopping, dining, and the shores of Lake Tahoe are just a 10-minute drive away. Feeling social? The beloved Fox & Hound pub is an easy stroll down the street, offering great food, sports TV, and a fantastic craft beer selection.

This three-story townhome with an additional loft is designed to comfortably accommodate groups, with sleeping arrangements that include 3 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, 1 Full futon, and 2 Twin beds. Entry begins on the lower level, where you’ll find a private bedroom featuring a Queen Murphy bed, Full futon, flat-screen Roku TV, and a full bathroom. Step outside to your own private deck and hot tub, the perfect place to soak under the stars after a long day on the slopes or trails.

The middle level hosts two additional bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and Roku TV, and the other with a Full bed—connected by a beautifully remodeled Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An LG extra-capacity stacked washer and dryer on this level makes extended stays and ski trips easy and convenient.

The main living level is the heart of the home. A fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances, and complete cookware and dining essentials makes preparing meals a pleasure. The open-concept living room invites everyone to gather around the large dining table or sink into reclining couches to enjoy the large Smart Roku TV, Blu-ray DVD player, or Xbox with games. A Blaze King wood-burning stove adds warmth and ambiance for cozy mountain evenings.

Above it all, a spacious loft overlooks the living area and features a Queen bed, daybed with trundle, and a fully remodeled bathroom—ideal for families or kids’ quarters. Every bedroom includes its own 32" Smart TV, and the home is equipped with upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Great access to Heavenly skiing!

The property was great for a family trip of 5 adults. Just a couple minutes drive to the Stagecoach Base at Heavenly, and the Heavenly shuttle stops right in front of the house if you prefer to avoid the parking lot. Patty was very communicative and helpful as a host - even allowing us to enter the property before check-in to drop off bags while we skied.

Tahoe Trip 2025

Great location, only 10 min away from downtown. I would just warn people who are going during the summer time this place does not have A.C. We struggled a little with that and a few other minor issues such as only one pot to cook and the place didn’t carry any paper towels. The host is super responsive. Really nice neighborhood, it didn’t have its own BBQ and the neighborhood was nice enough to lend us his. Also be ready to walk lots of stairs!

Tahoe 4th getaway

We had a fantastic stay! Tahoe was busy over the 4th of July weekend. Great location- easy to Get everywhere. Nice clean place to stay with our family. Can see the lake. Watched fireworks from above the lake. Great location for our group to hang out and have some Fun.

Nice older townhouse

Other than the many stairs in this 4-level townhouse, it was a nice stay. Everything we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet and not far from Stateline and beaches.

Historic trip!

The rental was exactly as described, in a beautiful location and ideally located for easy access to Boulder Lodge or Stagecoach! Our group loved the location and a historic winter storm during our trip ment there was TONs of powder everywhere. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and the number of beds was perfect for our group! Would highly recommend!

Lovely Townhome

This townhome was perfect for our group! Two adults and 4 teenage boys...very nice to spread out, plenty of space and beds, very clean. There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the townhome and within the townhome, but for our group that wasn't a problem. About a 5 minute drive to the stagecoach lift or you could take the shuttle. The private hot tub was a bonus after a day of skiing! The owner was very responsive and helpful, would definitely recommend staying here!

Just what we needed

We had two families of four and had plenty of room to sleep, eat and hang out. There are stairs outside to reach the front door. Inside there are four levels, so we got a little extra workout, which was fine for us. The host was very responsive and kind and allowed us to check in a couple hours early since the property was ready. The kids loved the hot tub on the deck after a long day of skiing.

it's a good place to stay

my friends and I enjoyed the stay it was clean and it's easy to get to the resort. the view is great as well. the wifi didn't work so well at first so well but we reset the router and it worked fine.

Nice family getaway

Our family enjoyed the condo .. only thing I would say is it had a lot of stairs to go up to the condo so beware of that . But we enjoyed our stay here and it has everything we needed .. close to a lot of stuff and in a nice area with beautiful view … doesn’t have central ac just a window ac in upper loft we weren’t here during the day so it wasn’t bad and got cool a night .

Our stay in January 2023

Great location. short drive to Stagecoach and Boulder parking lots but they fill up fast on weekends. Shuttle picks up right out front too. The Townhouse had everything we needed. Layout is perfect for a large family or close friends. We used the lower level with the Murphy bed for all our equipment and had 3 couples in the other 3 bedrooms and the loft.

Wonderful condo in a great location!

We stayed here for an adult family ski trip and couldn't be happier. They house layout is a bit odd with four levels, so there is a lot of up and down stairs, so keep that in mind for kids or elderly, but for us that was not an issue (though a great workout when the person sleeping in the loft forgot something as we were leaving). Skiing was great and the bus does pickup you up right outside the condo which was perfect! Internet worked great, and TV worked without problem. Definitely coming back here next time we come to Heavenly!

Great value

Happy with the value of this place. The four bedrooms were nice but don’t expect too much privacy as two rooms are part of the walk up from bottom floor and the Loft is obviously exposed. Since we went as a family that didn’t bother us much. Lots of stairs as expected. Really great location and lovely hills and yard for playing and sledding with kids.

Breathtaking view and excellent stay

My family stayed at this place between Xmas and New Years. Place in excellent condition and had all amenities you could wish for. Clean and spacious. Beautiful view of lake from deck and we were blessed with a winter wonderland. Convenient shuttle to both Boulder and Stagecoach lodges and sledding hill across street. Easy parking. Would definitely use again. Owners easy to contact. No issues.

Great location to Nevada lifts

This was a great property and at the right price. Hot tub was nice. House gets plenty warm in winter. Only downside was the number of stairs to get to the condo and through the house, but shouldn’t be a problem for most people. Also, you have to go through the hot tub bedroom and another bedroom to enter/leave. But not a problem if you have a family or good friends! Finally, beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed this spot.

Wonderful stay for our group

This listing was a perfect match for our group and our trip. We wanted a cozy spot to stay in for our ski trip. We anticipated spending time there at night as we were outside during the day. We cooked a dinner there without too much difficulty. Unfortunately there was no dish soap and only one dishwasher pod at the property but I informed the host, and she apologized for that. She was overall very responsive. The doors to the loft bathroom and the middle bathroom did not really close shut. We didn’t have too much difficulty, but please be mindful of that. We were pleasantly surprised that the hot tub was private! In the listing it seemed that it was communal, but it was private and right in front of the door. Overall, this listing was perfect for a group of friends going on a ski trip.

Ski Trip

perfect for skiing the Nevada side of Heavenly. Shuttle stops across the street. Easy walk to the Fox and Hound. We had a blizzard so we had to shovel our way into the place. Crazy amounts of snow. Great exercise. The only suggestion I have for the owner is to get a new coffee pot. Looked like someone replaced the original with a smaller 1 and needed some support to ensure the coffee poured into pot correctly.

Friends ski trip.

Mostly positive experience. The only issue was the chirping smoke detector LOCKED inside a closet on the lower level the last night. I can’t tell you how maddening this is. The guests on the lower two levels got a terrible, constantly interrupted night of mostly no sleep. That really matters when a long day of travel is coming the following day. Pretty upsetting for a couple people.

Beautiful multi-level updated townhome in perfect location

We LOVED our stay in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood high above the lake (7,500 feet) so we had lots of snow to play in and even a peek of the lake itself from the upper levels of this home. This home was updated completely in 2020 and it shows. Everything is sparkling clean and modern, yet has the Tahoe/mountain feel to it. Perfect! Patty (the owner) was available 24/7 by email/text to answer questions and was very kind and gracious. We would definitely like to come visit again thanks so much Patty ! PS- We are not skiiers, but if you are, there is a shuttle that comes by like every 20 minutes or so right in front that takes you to lifts on Heavenly (probably a 3 minute ride only as we are right on the mountain). There is also a great little market you can walk to that has all the essentials in case you run out (Milk, eggs, beer, etc. etc.).

Amazing Cabin for Ski Activities and Hanging Out After!

This cabin was perfect for a few couples and a few singles - we all came up to the mountain for a few days of skiing and it was amazing. Kitchen is well stocked to cook food, a bathroom on every floor, and perfectly cozy interiors made for a great stay. The hot tub on the front deck is to die for. I will say this condo has 4 floors, and only one truly private room (all other beds you have to walk through the various rooms to get to the next level), so it would be best for a group of friends that are comfortable being in each other's space. The kitchen is on the third floor, so it's a bit of a hike. We didn't mind trekking up and down but it's something to note if you have small kids or can't do alot of stairs. Location was perfect - you can take either the bus route to the mountain or one morning we walked, it's that close! And Patricia was very communicative and helped us route a way out when a snowstorm blew in while we were leaving. We felt at home for those three days, we'd love to come back in the future!

Mixed feelings

Pros: Great location, a little cheaper than comparable properties, good communication with owner. But several issues. Most importantly, the listing showed 9 beds but there are only 7. Big problem since we are a group of 8 and everyone had been assigned a separate bed. I'm still waiting for Vrbo to make it right. I talked to the owner and I trust it wasn't her fault but Vrbo's. Weird layout: kitchen/living room on third floor, you have to pass through two bedrooms to reach it, so no privacy in those rooms. Small beds are quite uncomfortable for adults. House would be good for 3-4 adults and 4 children, not more adults. Using 3 appliances at the same time in the kitchen causes the breaker to trip. The breaker box is located in... the lower level bathroom! We spent an alright week-end but will definitely not rent this property again. And VRBO still owes me a partial refund, or I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I grew up in Northern Cal & LOVED being able to escape to the beautiful Lake Tahoe basin in both the summer (for camping and hiking) and in the winter (for the best downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and cc skiing in the world!!). Tahoe is the best place to have fun & inner peace all in one place!

Why they chose this property

I bought the townhouse because it is in the ideal location for skiing in serene Heavenly Nevada in the winter and taking amazing hikes along the Rim Trail that runs through the ski resort in the summer. The views from the top of the mountain are breathtaking---desert on one side and that beautiful deep blue water on the other. The townhouse is great in all seasons and it's a wonderful place to host family in friends---especially with the hot tub on the deck amidst the majestic pines.

What makes this property unique

The location to the Heavenly Nevada skiing with the serenity of being at the top of the mountain coupled with being able to be at lake level in 12 minutes to gamble, swim, shop, eat, and play makes this a great property to rent. Having a lot of bedrooms (4) means you can bring along a lot of friends and perfect for family reunions!
