Charming 2 bedroom cottage in Historic Williams, Arizona. Hillside property has beautiful views of downtown Williams and the surrounding area. Newly remodeled cottage was built in 1950, and has beautifully restored original wood floors throughout. The bathroom and the kitchen are stocked with everything you need for your stay. A short walk to all of the shops and eateries of Main Street Williams. 30 minute drive to Flagstaff, home of Northern Arizona University and the Lowell Observatory. 75 minute drive to both the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona.

This cottage was everything advertised and more. Totally stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and nice outdoor area. Close to everything in Williams. Host was great and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Hillside cottage

We loved our stay at Hillside cottage. Was the perfect base camp for our adventures at Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Flagstaff. The house was immaculately clean, bed comfy, amd kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Very highly recommend !!

The Perfect Stay

The cottage is perfectly located, central to everything we could want - food, fun, local attractions like the zipline, coaster, Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. The house is adorable, clean, well-decorated and updated. The yard was a huge advantage for our family - our kids absolutely loved the swings and spending every free moment outside. Thank you for lending your space to us!

Great Getaway

We stayed here for a short trip for our son's birthday for Bearizona. The house is in great shape and well furnished. Perfect for our family of four. We don't need anything extravagant and it worked out great. We even walked with our three year old and baby down to main Street for dinner one night and it wasn't bad at all. Highly recommend

Fantastic landing place for our Grand Canyon Adventure

We really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for experiencing the train ride into the canyon and lots of fun choices for eating on Route 66. House was perfect sized for our family.

This property makes us feel like we're "home away from home" in a restful and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the quaint and historic town of Williams, AZ. It's a gigantic perk to be near the Grand Canyon and to enjoy the multiple lake hikes and variety of attractions nearby.

Amazing location and stay

Listing was as described and in the perfect location. Literally one street over has the best view of one of the dams there and the back porch has a great view of Williams down below. It's very close to the downtown but still far enough way to be quiet and calm. We also loved the big pine trees on the property. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Property was perfect for our short visit. We spent 2 days in the Grand Canyon, 1 day in Sedona and 1 in Prescott. Williams was pretty much equal distance from all 3. Home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cozy little cottage

Had everything we needed and more. We felt safe and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was perfect. We had restaurants, shops, and a grocery store nearby. Fun activities were also a short drive away. I highly recommend this place.

Great Little Spot in Williams

Cute property up the hill from downtown Williams. You could walk to town, but it would be a rough walk back up the hill. Loved the little back yard and the wood floors. Great value in the area. Very responsive owner as well. Would definitely return there if in the area.
