A spacious, bright, fully renovated 140 m² house. Located 200 m from the RER B train station, 5 stops from Notre-Dame and the center of Paris. Direct connection from Roissy CDG airport to the house. Free parking on the avenue and surrounding streets. Small private garden. Garage for 6 or 7 bikes. Bike path in front of the house, 20 minutes from Parc de Sceaux by bike. There is a small park right in front of the house, and down the steps you will find a small supermarket. There is also an organic store, “La Vie Claire,” up the avenue on the left. Great location! 5 min walk to metro. Great bakery in the same block. Close to grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious house with a cool garden! We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. Highly recommend the place!

Great location

The place is perfectly located a five minute walk from the Laplace station on the B line. There is a couple small markets, a Franprix grocery store, and a couple restaurants within a block. The AC was perfect as we were there for a Paris heatwave. Great value. Would stay here again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Paris.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was as described and very clean with more than enough space for the four of us. It was well located for public transport with only a few minutes walk to the metro to get us to all the main attractions in Paris. No hesitation in recommending this place to family and friends. Gerard was very helpful too and responded quickly to any queries we had. Five stars from us all round.

Perfect family apartment

The apartment was perfect for my big family. Lots of space to relax and unwind from sight seeing in Paris. It's close proximity to the metro gave my kids the real city experience. Loved that we had a boulangerie just down the street. Linens were provided which helped a lot since we packed light. I would highly recommend if you are looking for simple apartment at a reasonable price for a family!

Run2Paris stay

So we ran from London to Paris and needed a place to stay once in Paris. This apartment is ideally located, it’s so easy to access the train station and main roads. The area is quiet and there is parking outside. The apartment is really spacious, there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The communication was fantastic too. All in all a great place to stay. Family with older teenagers

This is a lovely house in the south of Paris, with lots of room and a wonderfully quiet neighbourhood. Took about 25 mins from leaving the house to get to Notre Dame via the RER. Supermarket, boulangerie and some nice small restaurants all within 100m. Our host was considerate, professional and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

I can understand that the owner is trying to improve the place by constructing the home piece by piece. However, the furnishings seem to be from a thrift store. The new fixtures look good, without those old furniture. Remove those old furniture and the place will look good

Three generations in Paris

Great property. Three floors with 2.5 baths. We had 7 people and everyone had part of a bed. Outdoor, private seating area. Close grocery store. Don't forget to go up the hill to the mall area if you are bored. Access to Paris takes a few extra minutes, so plan accordingly. Still, great spot for the price. Gerard was very responsive and helpful.

Disappointing location and amenities

The host was extremely polite and considerate, but the property was overpriced for the lack of amenities, the fact that one bedroom has to be walked through to get to the other- as well as the bathrooms are not convenient, and the location of the property is 1 km away from the kilometer and within walking distance as anticipated, but over 8 km away- which equated to more expensive Uber rides. Gerard- The host, however, was extremely considerate and gracious, it was just not what we had anticipated for the price paid.

Weekend met vrienden

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in het appartement van Gérard. Het appartement is zeer gunstig gelegen op 3 minuten wandelen van de treinhalte Laplace (RER B). Het is heel ruim en knus ingericht. Er ontbrak ons niks, alles was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Gérard is een lieve en behulpzame host. Hij doet er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf te geven. Bedankt daarvoor Gérard. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter, sehr geräumig, gute Lage (Metro, Supermarkt, Restaurants). Kleines Minus: Betten mit Kunststoffunterlage, knarrende Dielen im 3. Schlafzimmer (das ein Durchgangszimmer ist, was so nicht beschrieben war), Abschließen der Haustür kompliziert.

Tolle Lage und super Wohnung

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung in Paris sehr genossen. Mit der RER um die Ecke ist man schnell in der Stadt und der kleine Bäcker an der Staßenecke ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles hat super geklappt! Der Kontakt war super schnell und sehr nett. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage

Von Beginn an funktionierte die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Wir fanden eine großzügige und helle Wohnung vor, die mit allem eingerichtet war was wir benötigten. Die Räume waren sauber. Allerdings haben die Vormieter das Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber zurückgelassen. Jedes Teil, welches wir benutzt haben, haben wir vorher gespült. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, lediglich die Suche nach einem Parkplatz dauerte einige Zeit. Dafür sind die Parkplätze hier aber gratis. Diese Wohnung können wir jederzeit empfehlen.

Parfait pour une famille nombreuse !

La maison est très bien située, à 300m du rer (Laplace) propre, lumineuse et spacieuse : nous étions une famille de 6 et nous étions à l'aise. Les fenêtres donnent sur la rue, mais le bruit ne nous a jamais dérangés. Autre avantage : le stationnement est gratuit dans le quartier et nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour garer notre voiture. Bref, une adresse à conseiller !
