This house is dedicated to renting to shipyard actors, crews or companies, wishing to stay for of a month or more in winter.
Located 10 minutes by car from the shipyard, it offers all the comfort for up to 8 people in a quietly privileged setting with its large garden, swimming pool, all in a quiet area 300 m from the beach of Fontsainte.

Are included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 3 secure parking spaces.
It is possible to quote regular sheet replacements and the realization of intermediate cleaning for long-term rentals.
For your safety and due to the health context of Covid, we carry out the cleaning with professionals who apply the protocols related to the epidemic and use products to NF EN 14476 standards.

This house of 150 m² on a plot of 1000 m² offers all the comforts for your stay.

On the ground floor is the living space with generous volumes composed of a dining area with fully equipped open kitchen, including two fridges, but also a living room equipped with a very large TV, a desk and a reading area.
This space is bright with these large bay windows directly overlooking the garden and its swimming pool. You will have the choice between several convivial spaces to enjoy the outdoors with 2 dining areas, an outdoor lounge, the many sun loungers by the pool, the ping-pong table.
On this same level is also an independent toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing area, sink.

The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are spread over two levels. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer quality bedding, wardrobes and closets or shelves.
On the ground floor is a suite bedroom equipped with a single bed, a double bed and a shower room. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The third also offers a double bed. On request, a second bed can be added to this bedroom. An independent shower room is dedicated to these two bedrooms.
Upstairs is the third shower room with toilet. The fourth bedroom, of large area, is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The fifth bedroom is equipped with a double bed.

Other remarks
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Animals are refused.
Arrival times: 4 pm-7 pm, departure time: 9 am-11 am.

The neighborhood
Saint Jean is a quiet area of La Ciotat with its beach overlooking the Bay of the Virgin.
You will have access in 10 minute walk to the bakery, some restaurants, a mini market, a butcher, a SPA.
By taking the car, in a few minutes you can enjoy Saint Cyr or La Ciotat.
After a few hours of idleness and rest enjoyed in the sun on the terrace or in the garden, you can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and creek of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit,...
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activity is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
